This challenge entitles you to $5 bonus cashback when you spend $10 or more in a single transaction (minimum spend does not include GST charged at checkout for international items, delivery and all other fees) at eBay Australia through ShopBack between 1.00pm and 11.59pm AEDT on 26th December 2022.

    Some sellers have offers where if you buy 2, buy 3 etc you get slightly discounted price. At the checkout for example is shows a discount of -$0.08 if I buy 2. Will this cause cashback to be rejected?

    My order from last night just tracked, hoping this will trigger the bonus $5 challenge shortly too.

    Edit: Cashback only tracked as $0.04 which doesn’t seem right. Purchased two items one was $7.95 and the other $3.90 (in the same order, both from within Aus).

          gotyourback confirmed the lower cashback amount is because only one of the items in my order has tracked so far (even though both items were ordered at the same time). Need to wait the full 7 days in case the other item tracks but he is happy to help once that period elapses.

      Hey mate, just as an FYI from the post body:

      The $5 bonus will be added to your account once your regular cashback turns Confirmed.

      If the reward's pending, it will track when the Cashback on your original purchase is made redeemable.

    My $10 order from EB Games on eBay was tracked at $0.09 but my bonus was never tracked and completed. Now the challenge has disappeared from ShopBack since it has lapsed the 3 days waiting period

        Hey mate, I've had a look and it looks like a few users are having items that are exactly $10 coming through as having been $9.99, which is why some of the Bonuses are failing to complete. I'm not sure why that is and will need to chase up with our team as to whether it's an error or some kind of deduction being made. It's possible the tracking will update within the 7 day tracking window to reflect the correct amount, but if not I'm more than happy to sort out anyone affected.
