890

We can't have an AliExpress Sale without a cashback increase and TA was kind enough to provide 11% cashback for the sale. Cashback will track with the use of AliExpress Coupons, Seller Coupons, Coins and Credit as long as the conditions below are met.

Deal starts 5pm AEST today

Please ensure that the products you want to buy are affiliated by using the link checker. It's very important that you confirm your order as received within 90 days of ordering to be eligible for cashback. Please note some orders may automatically mark themselves as received once the tracking is shows as delivered.

Cashback terms and exclusions

  • Cashback is eligible only on affiliated products. Enter the product ID or URL on this link to check eligibility, then click the 'Get Cashback' button to complete your order.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of the following items: face masks, medical consumables, gift cards, virtual products, coupons, travel, ebooks, AliExpress Top-up, and any non-affiliated AliExpress products.
  • Confirmation of goods received must be made in your AliExpress account within 90 days of placing your order to be eligible for cashback.
  • A $30 cashback cap applies per AliExpress transaction (unless specified differently during promotions advertised on TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • AliExpress trades in US dollars meaning the purchase amount and the cashback amount tracked may vary due to conversion rates.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding taxes & delivery charges. Your cashback may be slightly lower than expected due to this.
  • AliExpress reports transactions based on item and not combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report to your TopCashback account as multiple transactions.
  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they may prevent your order from tracking.

    Right on time

  • Where to find product id on app?

    • +1

This is how I do it and it always tracks.

      Open app
      Add products to cart
      Close app
Open TCB app and go through as normal

      • you don't 'Clear' and re-add to cart after going through TCB?

        • +1

Never. I've had it track on stuff that's been in the cart for weeks.

          • +1

@Clear: I find sometimes I get mixed cashback providers from the one checkout transaction. As in, eg checkout a cart of 10 items, 8 get tracked by TCB and 2 by SB or CR. Makes me think those items had an affiliation code/linkage on them in the cart.

    • +2

Getting the ProductId from the app is a pain in the arse, but possible.

From the item's page in the app, click the (Android/IOS) share button, select Copy, then paste this into your device's notepad/email/chat/whatever to get the actual share text. This should give you a sales spiel, and a Short-URL. You can copy and paste the Short-URL into the affiliation checker, but if you want the actual ProductID, paste the Short-URL into a browser to let it evaluate the Short-URL into a (regular) URL, then copy the numeric ProductId out of the evaluated URL.

    • What did TA say when you reached out to him? I've never had any issues and had plenty of cash outs for a "scam"

Spamming it across deals makes you look dodgy af too.

    • +1

Over $700 in payouts begs to differ.

@SydneySpendthrift TopCashback is not a scam. It's normal to wait a few months during the claim process when TopCashback checks with the retailer. There is very little engagement during the claim process. I've had missing cashback claims with TopCashback, Cashrewards and ShopBack and they all took a few months with little communication.

You have posted the same comment in 5 TopCashback posts including this one. Please sort it out with TopCashback directly:

Edit: How long ago was the Moose Mobile offer? I'm not familiar with Moose but Moose is not listed on TopCashback.

      • -1

I am sorting it out with them.

But yes it seems very suspicious as a first time customer to have such long timeframes without updates or communication but I acknowledge other users have said they received their cashback.

It also caused needless confusion to not have lodged cashback claims to appear under earnings>claimed or pending.

Actually it might have been boost - was end of feb/claimed beginning of April.

        • +1

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately cashback isn't instant and missing cashback claims can take several months. Here is the link to check your missing cashback claim. You can also respond in the link.

Otherwise as mentioned earlier, please contact the rep tightarse here.

My longest wait for payment was 7 months with Cashrewards and I had to chase up a few times. TopCashback paid my claims within a few months and was quicker than the other cashback sites I also use.

          • +1

@trixieb: 7 months seems wild. You would think that the timeframe would be relative to the dollar value or complexity of the transaction.

I think this is a case of them inheriting 'collateral suspicion' on account of the above reasons due to other companies using a deliberate 'delay and frustrate' tactic to avoiding claims payment.

            • @SydneySpendthrift:

Actually it might have been boost - was end of feb/claimed beginning of April.

@SydneySpendthrift If it was Boost offer end of Feb, I posted a 28-day Boost SIM offer in this link. To give you an idea of payment when it tracks, I purchased the SIM card on 25th Feb and cashback was paid on 4th April.

You would think that the timeframe would be relative to the dollar value or complexity of the transaction.

The claim with Cashrewards was not complex and not a big sum. The merchants are probably to blame for the delay as they are the ones to check the missing claims and pay the cashback companies.

Hope you get your cashback soon.

        • You’re complaining about poor service and you can’t even remember which mobile provider is denying you cashback?

          • -1

@kerfuffle: I'm not allowed to give feedback on customer experience because I mixed up the names of two telcos? My bad - new to this site.

    • +1

In March I made a $4,900 purchase on eBay that did not track. I lodged a missing claim with their support. About a month later I got a response saying the $147 cashback has been approved. I didn't even need to contact TA.

  • @Clear - Thanks as always!

    May I please clarify:
    1 - A transaction = AN individual item?
2 - I can buy multiple items around $273 in the same order and get multiple $30 cashback?

    TIA

    • 1 transaction is checking out and paying for an order. So you can have multiple items in a single transaction.

      • Maybe I have had to many wines, but isn't "you can have multiple items in a single transaction" contrary to "AliExpress reports transactions based on item and not combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report to your TopCashback account as multiple transactions."

I'm looking at spending several hundreds of dollars. I just want to be sure I maximize the AUOZ* coupons and cashback.

Thanks for working through this with me while half-cut.

Give us an uncapped ali rate, ya cheapskate dawgs

  • No expiration?

  • It's very annoying to check each product one by one if it is affiliated or not.

    Is there easier way?

    • +6

Easiest way is dont check and pray

      • This is the right way. You're already buying with a coupon, whatever extra you get from cashback is just a bonus :)

Paying retail is for suckers but worrying about a dollar difference or so is just not worth it. But if you're getting only a few big items, go for it!

      • Live a little, yeah

    • +1

The Shopback browser extension (on Windows) identifies affiliate items for you, including those in your shopping cart

    • You can reduce it to one click with a bookmarklet

  • FFS ordered at 10am today. These timed deals are annoying

    • Hasn't it been 10% for a few days now? Not a big loss…

  • Before was 15%

    • Wait for the sitewide sales for bigger increases.

  • Thanks OP. Got a 2230 1tb ssd for almost $80 after Cashback. Unfortunately I missed the last wd sn740 deal

  • Interesting on "Hot picks for you" deal $1.39 each
Going through Cashrewards AU$2.75 Think I will skip the 11% discount
LED Smart Human Body Sensor Night Lamp Emergency Automatic Lighting USB Charging Wireless Magentic Suction Use Night Light

Actually getting more / senses me going to onsuite bathroom off bedroom at night shuts off few seconds after i leave enough to see my way back to bed.

Good buy BUT be dubious of the DEALS advertised

Got 7 more for about $10 but with DEAL would have cost me twice as much

  • How long does it take to track? With shopback it tracks in around 5mins for me. This one has taken over an hour so far… I'm wondering if it's failed to track the same way I've always done it

    • Usually pretty instant if it's affiliated. Might be best to cancel and get again.

      • Thanks, cancelled. I initially did it on shopback thinking it was 20% and then cancelled it because i got 7.5% and saw this was 11% haha. Maybe i should just leave it for now. I may do it on a laptop tomorrow. I've never had issues in the past though!!

      • I just tried again and nothing. I realise I'm not getting an order confirmed order email. But when i cancel order, i get the cancellation email straight away

Edit, i Just got tracking from shopback instead! How does that work

        • There's active cookies from Shopback tracking. You'd probably want to try a different browser or clear them

          • @Clear: Yep i guessed so. I now have a browser just for cashback purchases. I have the shopback and cashrewards extension FYI

I cleared all cookies before as one if my steps. Used topcashback link to open aliexpress, added what i needed to my cart, checked to see shopback icons saying it wasn't activated and to activate it now (at top right and next to the item which seems like a new thing)

Went back to topcashback site to click the aliexpress link one more time (i always do this to make sure) and then made the purchase.

            …shopback tracked in 3minutes.

Not cancelling it again as I'm still waiting for the same items refund 6 times for an extra few dollars.
