What are PowerColor Renewed cards?

      I recently got a 6800 with horrrrrible coil whine. Thats grounds for RMA? PCByte are being difficult

      I got a used 6800 and heard coil whine for the first time. Went away once I didn't daisy chain the two 8 pin power inputs though.

        My 6800xt had coil whine comparable to a nitro RC when I first got it, reading your comment made me realize that I haven't heard it in over a year now, am I trippin or does it actually go away eventually?

    Eh, you can get a new 6600XT for $430, or a 6650XT (or a 6700) for about $480… These refurbs aren't all that cheap.

      I'd rather pay the 20% more for new, given that's a 3 year standard warranty rather than whatever ACL dictates a refurb must reasonably have - maybe 3 months ish?

      Bought 6700 for $470 from umart yesterday, a XT with possible issues and no warranty for $80 is terrible.

    I'm not surprised to see this to be honest.

    I have returned 4 x 6800 xt Hellhounds cards due to LED lights no longer working, and yes they accept that as a return. lol.

    4 x powercolor fighters rx 6600 due to noisy fans.

    The warranty is excellent.
