I was looking at booking some hostels/hotels for a Europe trip later in the year and noticed the Booking.com cashback got boosted to 12% - it might not be your cheapest option compared to booking direct or another site, but it was for me, so hopefully this helps someone.

Pretty sure it ends at the same time as the UNIQLO and First Choice flashbacks at 11.59pm 11/01.

Ensure "In Partnership with Cashrewards" or "Cashrewards" branding logo is displayed on each page of your booking. Your sale will not track and will not be attributed to Cashrewards if logo is not present. Your Booking.com confirmation email must also show this and claims will not be accepted if not present. Use of any Booking.com refer-a-friend links, codes or any non-Cashrewards incentives (offers, links, newsletters, secret prices) will invalidate cashback, unless stated as eligible on this site.

The purchase amount will display in EUR in your My Rewards, however the cashback amount is converted to AUD at current conversion rates.

Cashback is eligible on accommodation bookings only. Car rentals, flights, and non-accommodation bookings are ineligible for cashback.

Cashback is ineligible on bookings made via the Booking.com App.

Cashback is ineligible if travel is not consumed.

  Always double-check other sites first, prior to booking via Booking.com as some of their prices could be inflated (I booked 3 times yesterday, one booking was slightly higher while using cashback link)

  I’ve always found using Cashrewards affiliate link is higher than others. That said I haven’t personally checked since covid started.

  I booked accommodation yesterday and the cashback amount was incorrect. The conversion to Eur looks like it has messed up the conversion.

    Cashback amount is calculated before all taxes and fees, this may be a reason too.

  Booking .com + cash rewards is a rip. I booked directly through the website for my holiday location and got $500 cheaper

  Booking will do everything in their power to not honour the cashback. Last year our booking was cancelled the day before our arrival, and they (booking dot com) claimed it was a security action, which they could not revert. The hotel honoured the price, however the cashback was gone. Not worth it.

  It's a pain but definitely try compare other sites like Agoda or Expedia with and without cashback (Cr/SB) before committing. Did a bunch of research yesterday for hotels in Japan and ended up booking two hotels, one directly through the website and the other through Agoda. Ive found the cashback versions of the sites to be almost always more expensive

    Yeah, agreed with you and the other comments - I got lucky and all but one of my bookings were cheaper through cashback, but YMMV.
