Some dates other airlines are cheaper -they'll show up in the results, but you can always use the filters to choose an airline you prefer.

    Are all the Tokyo flights Narita? So much more convenient and cheap to get to/from Haneda.

    Been really missing Japan, I wanna head for a good month this year if possible but yeah, seemingly no luck with decent prices. And this website kinda flummoxes me.

    These deals always pop up with the booking option being these dodgy online travel agents. Is it actually safe to book these? Serious question because I’ve never dared.

      The only dodgy one on there is smartfares, outside of that most are safe

      If you use any of gotogate's company or flight network or my trip, I have received my ticket.

      Problem will start when you need to change anything or airlines cancels

      If the pain is taking off, you will have your perfect tickets.

        So what happens when airline cancels? Does Scoot for example, give you the next available flight or do they just refund you and then youre screwed for all the bookings and everything else for your holiday?

          If there is a refund it will take forever and maybe the agent will take a share.

          I believe for flight change you can work directly with the airlines.

            Thats my biggest fear of booking with Scoot…booking all the accom and activities and leave etc. then they just cancel the flight and give refund.

        I've used smartfares as recently as November without issue.

        I find with all of them, they're fine unless you need to change something. Then communication is rough :/

          Good to know. Sometimes their fares are unrealistically low and online review says people have paid but never received tickets or got told.they couldn't secure tickets at those prices and were asked to pay more.

            @abs898: Yeah I've seen those too :/ My best guess is they've seen a cached price (as most sites can't do perfect 'live' prices for every single date/route, they often cache it) and then it has to update at purchase and has gone up, but it's hard to know. I've yet to have a problem and I've used all the 'famous' ones (gotogate, mytrip, edreams, smartfares etc).

    I bought a Scoot one way April flight from DPS to SYD for $267 without meals or checked in luggage.

    Happy with price.

    Not happy that I will have to transit through SIN.
