I'm not sure if you see it correctly. I visited Dell webby and it says $399 after $100 online cash. Not $399 less $100 online cash.

Yep,it's $499 with $100 off , so $399 is the sale price. Not bargain.

Looks like Dell is going to raise the price on many of its products. Dell S2409W can be had for as cheap as $255 before but now the base price is $399.
