        I got an order saying my order today was cancelled so I contacted the online team and they told me the above. I had no idea I was banned until today, I'm still so confused

          @peppet This is unusual as you haven't used many $10 vouchers yourself. The others that were blacklisted mentioned they had used several vouchers. You shared the codes in the past. JB must have tightened the system to track who the codes belonged to.

            @trixieb: I only used the first voucher I ever got and then shared the rest. I might have gotten unlucky as someone said above that the person who used my code might’ve used multiple

                @xoom: Perks members get a new code I think every month. Since I signed up last year I've gotten (i think) 3 along with eveyone else who signed up. All to the same account

                Whenever someone makes a post about the new perks codes being out I share the one I got

                  @peppet: The last guy who got banned actually had multiple perks accounts. Jbhifi caught on and banned all his accounts and cancelled all pending transactions he had.

                        @trixieb: I don't see anything specific about sharing codes on the T&Cs so I thought it was fine, we even have a megathread! When I told them that they said I was in violation and wouldn't elaborate further.

                        I've been sharing codes for ages and my online orders before today were all confirmed and fine. I have no idea what triggered this today

            @trixieb: I guess jbhifi hasn't caught up to me yet as i used a number of other peoples code as well as my own one. From last deal.

            Was able to receive this last perks code and used it myself.

            Didn't use someone elses code this time around though.

      I think JB is also looking at history. I also got blacklisted when I price match and tried use my coupon. First time using one coupon this time, but I have used two in the past.

      Best to avoid online price match as heard someone else also had same issues. Safest is probably to use the coupon in store.

        My theory is maybe the coupon has been linked to your JB account. But when you place an order via the price match, it will be a guest order which doesn't link to your account. Thus JB system will automatically flag your account as giving a coupon to a "guest" even if it is yourself.

    I have 2 JB accounts, main one and secondary (different email). Registered both to the same number and got perks on both for the initial program. I accidentally used the secondary perk voucher on the main account once and my main account got banned. Deregistered my number on the main account now. I don't believe my secondary account is banned yet. But we'll see this round.

    JB is probably doing a random audit. Otherwise all who used or offered codes would be banned and there are many on OzB. I've used and offered too.

    Store called early Thursday - OOS! Not unexpected.
    Rang back - they found one on counter. Ominously, never received "Ready to Pickup" message.

    Received call Saturday - Eggplant light OOS…
    They investigated & rang back. Found my eggplant is faulty… (reason it was on counter)

    Is a pineapple OK? Found 1 in next store. Sure!
    Strangely, shows not available in stores or for delivery. But still available in local homemaker store.

      What time did you make the order? Could the code have expired between the time you added it in and logged in with paypal?

        About 9:30pm yesterday, so should have been fine. I did check the cart before PayPal, but I think I'm going to have to do the same as @superforever & always double check the PayPal screen.
