      I would happily argue that acquiring quality wood and having to wait for it heat up would be more of a hassle.

      Unlike the BBQ galore one which I have which has more venting etc, this looks 100% the same as the Thomson one

      while it's a good price I see no point in pellet fuel'd pizza ovens where a pizza takes 90 seconds to cook as you won't get any smoke flavour in such a short time, only good if you don't want gas

    These things are great, i have the bbq galores one. Took a fair amount of practice and still learning. The oven is just one variable. Gotta get the dough, technique and ingredients right. But when it comes together nicely, the neopolitan style pizzas are amazing.

        it's a bit of a journey but you learn by the mistakes, having perfected a big gas pizza oven I then got this & am having to learn some new tricks notably it must be up to a high temp & burns at the back if not turned
