I called MyDeal and they said there is no limit on how many gift cards can be redeemed per transaction.
However, they said their website's gift card redemption function is not working/switched off. Does anyone know if this is true or not?
Also note 18% cashback via ShopBack at the moment but can’t be stacked with gift cards - might be better to opt for cashback route as it’s the better ‘deal’.
I asked Shopback (online chat via SB website) earlier today and they said 'Purchases using gift cards will be eligible for Cashback'.

Basically yes. You can't apply the $5 gift card in the same transaction as the $50 gift card because it won't let you enter it in.

Two alternative ideas if you don’t want to purchase 13x Super gift cards through Prezzee… although these ideas are arguably worse than this Super gift card deal:
Go to Woolworths to take advantage of the 20x Everyday Rewards points deal and purchase 3x $500 Ultimate Kids gift card or 3x $500 Ultimate Teens gift cards. Just make sure the Ultimate Teens or Kids gift cards you pick up actually have the rebel logo on the packaging… if it does not, it means that you cannot that particular Ultimate Kids or Ultimate Teens gift card at rebel.
Go to Coles and purchase 30x $50 TCN Kids gift cards or 15x TCN Active gift cards at 10% off. I’ll admit this is a crazy suggestion, because I don’t know whether you can redeem 15x or 30x EFTPOS cards in one instore transaction at rebel, so that is something you may want to ask a rebel store first. I will mention someone recently purchased 60x TCN GIFT gift cards to use at rebel, but I have no idea whether they had any issues with redemptions.

I've purchased these type of deals in the past from Prezzee but I've only ever purchased 1 gift card.
Are these deals limit to 1 gift card or can I purchase multiple and get the bonus each time?
Usually, they state that it's limited to 1 per account although you can sometimes buy more as a guest. Interestingly for these offers, they do not state a limit.
