    Bought this during lockdown 2020 for 250. Good sound overall only when the volume reach above 2 digits (above 40 out of 100 i think). Thats when you hear the real kick from the sub.
    I live in an apartment so for tv its always below 40

    I got call from sony that they dont have hts350 in stock and can offer hts400 to me. Is that really good? Any suggestions

      Same here - bit hard to tell if this is a superior model (RRP on Sony website is less)
      It appears to be have been released more recently (2022) and a little more peak power and has a remote control?

      Same. Been told 350 wont be restock, can only take the 400 or refund.

      hts350 has HDMI CEC (basically if its linked to TV with HDMI cable the sound bar volume can be adjusted with TV remote)
      hts400 woofer has slightly higher power output of 10W (You wont hear the different really)

      Online review says 400 has a more balanced tone but hey that's very subjective.

      Been told by the agent hts350 has HDMI ARC vs hts400 HDMI eARC (Can't confirm that online).

      Afterall, $155 for the hts400 is still a good price, I can deal with the missing HDMI CEC so I took the offer.

    Got the HTS350 today and it is brand new. Even no marks/damage on the box.

    Received the 350 today also but honestly it sounds trash compared to my bose solo 5. The solo 5 has way more bass even without a subwoofer. Heaps clearer too.

    350 sounds like cheap car speakers.

      The Bose solo 5 isn't that great to start of with.
      The Bose sound bar 700 is much better.
      As I suggested above, you get what you pay for.
      Don't expect too much for $150 and don't trust the rrp.
