    This mob are unreasonably painful to deal with. I can't access the money that I transferred in and may have to complete ridiculous verification.

    If they don't make good on the bonus this will definitely be going to AFCA.

      Technically:

      The first 2,500 eligible customers will receive a $50 bonus from MyState that will be deposited into their Bonus Saver Account within 15 days of the promotion end date.

      Promotion ran until 28 February 2023, inclusive (Promotion Period) + 15 days. So on/before 15 March.

                @wangasm: I am sorry to inform you that Loopholio has drowned in a bucket of Masterfoods Maple Bacon Flavoured Burger Sauce. At $0.50 per jar this cost a great deal less than a trip to any country that has voluntary euthanasia. They went out with an extreme lack of style, but the savings.. My god the savings!

      Good to know. I'll keep the bank open as it's not too bad. I'm dumping IMB as soon as I get the $50 because the whole thing feels so backwards. I can't even give them my Tax File Number without stuffing about. uBank and MyStateBank let me add it (I think uBank just had a reminder and all I had to do was type it in).

      I'm keeping uBank. I've dumped a bunch of money in there for that sweet easy interest.

    Anyone not recieve their debit card in the mail? I honestly don't even remember if the type of account had a debit card attached… But seemingly I have forgotten or didn't change my password within the 24hr period so I can't access my account.
    And now it's the weekend and they're closed… And the only option is a phone number! Ugh!

    I did recieve the email about the bonus tho.

        yep. You can change PW with card details or just call. I spent 15 mins on the phone (most of it waiting on hold at the start) and changed it easily

      Open a Glide account

      Logout, login so the glide account is now showing in internet banking

      Transfer $100~ from Bonus Saver Account > Glide Account
      Transfer $100~ from Glide Account>Target External Account

            @dorikin: Yep, must say it was refreshing to call and get in touch with someone immediately. The account was on 'read only' for some reason but they sorted it out then and there.
