  • your post content is swapped around btw, 4k is cool, 5k is day

    also

    Protective to the eyes.

Can you clarify what this means exactly?
These designs are glarey as hell with the frosted diffused flush out like that.

    • 3000k-Warm White
      4000k-Day Light
      5000k-Cool White

      that should be correct

        What spend for free delivery?

  • So just want to clarify, the lumens value is the same for all 3 colours? Normally Warm White has less lumens than say Cool White.

Interested to try. But you didn't confirm in the other post whether your lights are IC-4 rated or not?

  • is there someone in Melbourne who will price match as it becomes $8 delivered to Melbourne which isn't that good of a price

Go ask your electrical wholesaler or lighting shop- surely someone got some dead stock they want to dump because everything is Tri colour now with these cheapies

  • For anyone's benefit, I would think 12W will be very bright if you are replacing exsisting Halogen downlights.

I am in the process of replacing all of my old lights with these: https://www.bunnings.com.au/luce-bella-8w-90mm-tri-cct-led-d…

What I've found is the old downlights are grouped very closely together. Thankfully they are on different switches so can alternate lighting. However, even a group of 3 lights over the kitchen bench is extremely bright compared to existing lights as they are so close together and I only used the 8W ones!

    • 700lm is my usual recommendation for replacing 50w halogens. Will be only slightly brighter but still relatively comfortable with no dimmer involved.

    • @TheGiant is correct, 12W is very bright. We have 2.5m ceilings and we use 9W Deta downlights from bunnings, spaced about 1.2m apart and they are very bright!

  • How many to cover 5.9x5.5 garage?

  • Is this Dimmable as the rrp is a joke if not dimmable

  • Slightly off topic - Anyone with recent experience care to recommend some warm white 900mm with good lumens, in the 10w - 13w range? Currently using the SAL9041TC which are starting to die at the 5 year mark. Wanting to slowly replace with something a little brighter. Testing a couple of Verbatims but open to other brands at a decent price.

    • Trend RDC8 are nice, bright and lovely warm white

    Delivery kills this deal =/
Tried to order 10 but was $25.50 for delivery.

  • I think I just received an unsolicited email from Star Sparky Direct. I added the 20 pack to my browser cart, got a shipping quote and decided not to proceed. Closed the tab and next thing I know I got an email from them?

    • How rude. You should sue

    • The 20 pack is 19 cents more than 20x single pack … of course you would proceed.

    • "Hey we notice you left something on the cart. This is a kind reminder to checkout and complete the order before they are gone!"

  • I would want to get some but DAM… $41.50 shipping to Adelaide for 20pc

  • How’s about living 35mins from Brisbane CBD, 10mins from 2nd largest city centre, and they can’t post to my address. We regularly get three different couriers delivering parcels in a single day.

  • @Star Sparky Direct hey rep, why the delivery to Sydney metro shows $21,50 while on the website it says free for orders over $99?
