I drain for about 2 minutes and then dry fry - great stuff

IMO excellent in stir-fry or noodle soups for low carb peeps. Passable in some pasta dishes too…
And don't boil them, just fry them in a pan (after rinsing VERY well).

yesterday i found them next to the 2 minute noodles area
rinse rinse rinse rinse rinse - and then keep rinsing. The smell of these are pretty bad, but once rinsed properly, they are fine - perfect for Keto
