  The tradein company emailed me saying my iphone x has excessive scratches where as i put moderate scratches. Saying they will deduct $50 off my trade in and charge my credit card. Either that or they return the phone back to me and charge the whole trade in amount. Doesnt even give me an option to get them to review it again. Such a scam.
