[Kogan First, Presale] Valve Steam Deck Handheld Gaming Console (64GB) $769 Delivered @ Kogan

180

Discounted price applies in cart.

Presale
Ships on or before 10th Feb.
Sold by Kogan.com

A few dollars more expensive than the $762.08 Skyphonez eBay Plus deal, but includes a 45W AU/NZ Charger so may be a better deal for some.

Based on comments from recent deals it's a Cygnet charger, but it's not mentioned anywhere on the page so could be subject to change.

FWIW, just received my skyphonez/my-phonez order and it does actually come with an international adapter, and a pretty decent one too. Sometimes they're really loose but I've got it plugged in upside down to a powerboard without issues.

    Catch $699.99

I got the cygnet charger with mine, actually a really nice charger.

  • will it down to USD $399?

OP already mentioned in the description

  • Can these be connected to TV?

    It's around 650 on jackdeals.

    • Thanks for the deal, jack

    • Subscribe to their email and you'll get a $5 coupon, making it $640.99. I assume at that price, they won't be including an AU adapter/charger.

Jack Deal is a local team, but our company is registered abroad, and we source products globally to provide the best offers and brand-new products for our customers. We offer AU version / international version of products that both can be used in AU.

Anyone want to take a punt and see what happens? lol.

I'm sure I saw a comment in the last Steam Deck Kogan deal where somebody said they ordered theirs from Jackdeals.

        • There was at least two I saw in the last thread. I had the 64gb ordered through Kogan but the delays in shipping and saving $200 meant I figured I'd take the crack with Jack Deal. Worst case scenario - I'll deal with PayPal as needed. Kogan were good at cancelling the order though, so I'll give them that.

      • The site seems a little dodgy but I've seen a couple comments with positive experiences. I ordered yesterday and it has been posted today with a 6-12 day delivery estimate.

        • Knowing a few OzBargainers have put in a purchase is making me almost pull the trigger but keen to hear more feedback once everyone's deck has been delivered. Let us know us what charger/adapter they include if any. $640 is awfully tempting (if it isn't already sold out by then)

          • @newopolarfan1: There was an individual in the previous thread who received theirs and everything seemed fine. Don't think an adapter is included. $640 is a good hundred bucks cheaper than anywhere else, so I reckon it'd be worth it to pull the trigger before stock runs out. PayPal has your back if things go south.

            • @jack0: How do you get $640 at jack? I am seeing 681 (before $5 coupon)

              • +1

@ctan7: I guess good ol' jack must've showed up and jack'd the price. It was 645 for the last couple days.

        • For all the JackDeals out there, fear not. I am in North QLD and I just got mine today. Steam Deck came unopened, seal in tact, with a International Power Converter in the package. Ordered 64gb version on the 3rd and got delivered today the 13th. (Would have been 10th but I had to fix up an address issue) So far so good, screen protector and case have been installed and shes been running nicely so far.

          • @Schumacherrr: Exact same scenario here. Can't speak on how they'll handle warranty if I ever need to send it back though, but hopefully that won't be needed.

  • Whatever you do don’t buy one through Kogan tech tack they only sent one I paid for two

  • Kogan … terrible company!

  • You also get $75 in kogan credit too!
    https://www.kogan.com/au/c/spend-and-get/

    • I don't think this item is part of this deal unfortunately. It's only for select eligible items.

      • Oh yeah, it appears you're right. There's a "Spend & Get" logo on eligible products, and it's now showing up on the Steam Deck. Oh well

  • Bought the 64gb one just now says dispatch will be 10/2

  • +1

Just got email from kogan that 64gb will be delayed till 22/2, went and cancelled order.

    • Yep the shipping 3rd Feb for mine is a complete lie, its now 22/2. Im going to cancel as well.

      • -1

Right after cancelling kogan order, I went searching and ordered from jack deal yesterday afternoon, it just changed from processing to shipped says 6-12 days after shipping. time to go searching for an nvme drive…

    • I reordered my 64gb from kogan (after price drop again) a couple of days ago and it just shipped. And they updated shipping to 1-2days dispatch so the shipment must have arrived early

      • +1

Tthanks to everyone who cancelled maybe? (Or most likely thanks to their supplier.) I got mine shipped just today as well.

      • -1

Just thought it was crap they marked the price up and made it available 1-2 days 10hrs after sending me the 22/2 date as the eta.
Still got it $120 cheaper from jack deal so worked out ok.
