Half Life Alyx - Rapture (a free Bioshock mod).
Once you have a gaming PC, the next thing to save for is a VR headset. Quest 2 is probably still the best value for money, and you can use it for PCVR (even untethered, if your PC is hardwired to your router, and you play close to it).
After the recent news I played through Halo Infinite campaign again. I think it's so fun and enjoyable. RIP.
But it looks like they've chucked it in the compost bin already. Speaking specifically of the campaign, I thought there was plenty of room to add more to it via expansions / sequels. Apparently they've already been brainstorming desperate ideas to reboot the whole thing yet again. I loved the open-world aspect and the grapple-hook + Halo's no fall damage made getting around an absolute blast.
I'm so disappointed in Microsoft for mismanaging this shit again. I was hoping the splitting up of campaign & MP would help 1 or the other from being dragged down if one didn't perform well.. seems that didn't matter.
On the final chapter of Plague's Tale Innocence, have already installed Requiem. But might play Miles Morales next. All on PC btw :)

Diablo 2 Resurrected. Loved D2 as a kid and haven’t been able to put down D2R since launch back in mid 2021.
Very little. Not much appeals. Once I finish my retro journey thinking about quitting gaming altogether. The glory days of the mid 90s to mid 00s are long gone. Sequels, remakes and open world chore simulators.
Master Chief Collection if you into Halo series. Next i will start DeadSpace remastered.

Pretty heavily into Insurgency & Insurgency Sandstorm, but now I am playing DayZ & loving it! Pretty full on game, maps are enormous.You have to have your wits about you, & it is not for everyone.

I just beat Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon the other night, really loved the gameplay, just pure fire emblem.
Now I've started playing Donkey Kong '94 on the Gameboy. Highly recommend, starts off with the normal arcade DK levels, but then turns into a really great puzzle platformer

Was gonna go hack n slash some demons and monster on Free Diablo 4 open beta this weekend… but seems like I'm playing Blizzard's best seller "wait in queue, disconnect, go back to queue and wait" Sim game. Its a free game, but somehow I feel violated…
Mostly just clearing out the old playlist, just finished Yakuza Like a Dragon (it's nice and different but hits differently to previous yakuza games), now onto DMC5. I try to mix it up so that I don't just have like 8 action games in a row.
Been rediscovering Watch Dogs:Legion on my PC.
Still having fun in cod dmz.
On mobile my main game is ww2 road to valor a clash royale clone or one of the numerous action rogue like style games.
But honestly these days watching something on Netflix at work or on the train is starting to be the norm for me.. I'm just so bored or burnt out on an these mobile games.
