$3 Bonus Promo Terms - read carefully as it will save a lot of questions:

          Good to hear! Once activated, the bonus does not generate a tracking email. It will be in your account (My Rewards) as a separate entry showing pending (although there may be a small delay as per the OP). Cheers.

    Truerewards again not working with Westpac IDK why even though using laptop now. "Decline - Inactive card or card not authorized for card-not-present transactions."

    Truerewards has stuffed up something.
    1. New credit card required
    2. After payment completed it displays "To protect your security, truerewards.com.au will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window". Transaction then stopped.

        Also doesn’t save your card now. I didn’t get the invoice as per previous payments and it shows as True Rewards not digital rewards on card I am guessing they have changed the way payments are made. At least you don’t need to verify the card like before with a pending code.

            @JHoliday: Not sure. TA said below they are using 3DS now so most prepaid gift cards I would assume as they don’t support it so will no longer work like they used to with it. But those cards might. You may just need to try it.

      I saw the same, clicked on the button offered, and it opens to truerewards home page. Original pop-up has disappeared. Waited 15 minutes, no emails from TrueRewards. Rang TrueRewards, they said I should ring cashrewards, and can't see any card details for my purchase, and say payment hasn't gone through.

      The $3 bonus is showing in my CR account, but that's all.

      Truerewards asked me to try the purchase again, I declined, as the T&Cs say "Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account" and it's already showing in my account.

      The purchase process is badly broken.

      I found out how to make it work. As well as CR's warnings to disable all ad-blockers and pop-up blockers, it appears you also have to disable firefox's built-in "Enhanced Tracking Protection".

      Steps:

      • Click on the shield symbol, at the left of firefox's address bar.
      • On the drop-down menu that appears, click on "Protection Settings". A new tab will open, saying "Browser Privacy" at the top, followed by the line "Enhanced Tracking Protection".
      • Select the "Custom" option in the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" section.
      • Un-tick all of the ticked boxes in the custom section (four boxes were showing for me).
      • Click on the "Reload All Tabs" button. All tabs will reload.
      • Now log into CR, and make the purchase.
      • After the purchase is complete, click on the shield symbol, then "Protection Settings", select the "Standard" option, and click on "Reload All Tabs" again.

      Done!

      Possibly it's not necessary to un-tick ALL of the boxes, but I don't have time to figure out which ones are unimportant. Probably it's okay to leave "Cryptominers" ticked.

            I spoke with TR today and they confirmed an issue with a small number of transactions that have been double charged in error. They said these were being reversed to those affected this evening, so hopefully you'll see a credit in your cards very soon.         Yep.

        You get a different error "* Expiry date (mm/yyyy) is required" if you don't enter 4 digits.

        The error "Declined - The request is missing one or more fields" happens after the 2FA code is requested.

        Tested a different card, same issue.

    Hey guys. Just been advised by True Rewards they are now using a new payment gateway with 3DS for improved security. They no longer require the authentication PIN, and your card details are not stored with them. If you have any issues at all with purchase etc, please simply call them on 1800 850 739. Thank you :)
