Prices seem to be dropping rapidly on these. Paid $84 a week or two ago after cash back but it was same day delivery.

Agreed - I paid $99 (after cashback) for my first one of these back in late Dec and then $75 (after cashback - same price as this) a week ago for my second

  • Gen 3.

totally fine. I personally have no need to access data at 5GB/s.
esp when my motherboard is stuck at 2GB/s

Just stating a fact. Saving people the effort from having to find it themselves. It was the first thing I was after.

If the device only has PCIe gen 3 x4 slots, low cost PCIe gen 4 x4 (NV2, SN750SE, and even some Phison E21 SSDs) struggle to beat this.

  • What happens if I have too much iron? šŸ¤”

      You become IRONMAN

      You get really constipated. šŸ˜‚

i guess it is a hard pass then

          no shit

    • You double click twice, while holding your both shifty buttons.

    • No alcohol for you then.

Dam, paid $92 few weeks ago from amazon.

    Should have hodl !

Some eBay users (randomly/targeted, but not restricted to eBay Plus) will have access to an SNSMD3 code which brings it down to $90 delivered, so thats $70 net price!!

That's $10 lower than the previous delivered ATL.

Also if they don't send you a tax invoice with the order you need to make sure to ask for one to claim the redemption.

    • That's what I got.

    • hey I'm not associated with SE

      • Kingston appears to cripple NV2 (in its Phison E21 model), not that you can get the E21 model from Amazon (you will get one with SM controller). Even at PCI gen 4 x4 mode, in actual real life use, it cannot beat SN570. Crystal DiskMark sequential read may just come up slightly on top.

NV2 has 3 years warranty so it is only something you would consider if it is cheaper than SN570. With the $20 promotion, right now, NV2 doesn't look good (NV2's price is not at its best right now).

      • Association removed.

  • +3

A maximum e-gift card prize pool of $40,000AUD inc GST is available to claim for the duration of the promotion.

any chance they decline for the gift card ?

    40000/20= 2000units only!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would these be a good option for those dell optiplex minis? (Ie the 8500t 7060)

  • what can you use the $20 gift card for….only western digital products or what?….. Is it straight cash?…

  • for comparison $ wise - its $99 on MSY so definitely a good buy if you need 1TB in the small NVMe form factor.

  • Been i while I purchased from SE eBay and have contacted them but.. how do you get invoice from them to redeem the GC?

  • is it a $20 giftcard per ssd? so if i buy 2 i get 2x$20?
