    Holy 7200 MHZ DDR5. Thought the max was 6400 on something like that

      Some MoBos support 7800-8000+, this one though, tops out at 6800.

      Also, the ability to OC RAM that high depends largely on CPU quality, since this is a 12900 (not K/KF/KS, not 13th gen), there isn't much chance this is a well binned CPU, my guess is you'd probably get around 6200 mhz max before the whole thing becomes unstable.

    Whats the warranty like on these types of systems? Seen a lot of 4090s melt from that power cable stuff in the last few months.

        That's why we are using Pcie5 PSU!

        This wont prevent a meltdown as the cause of the problem is connector not seated properly.

          For individual parts we generally follow the manufacturer warranty rule, it can be quite different like PSU generally got Warranty over 5 years :)

      The cables melt when not inserted properly, have to make sure they are ALL THE WAY IN.

      Thats probably why the bpc response includes "accidents excluded"
