Given past comments on this forum by people who report 7-11 staff not knowing of particular deals, I'd recommend bringing a printout of the deal along with you.

last year my 7-eleven ran out of small cups and wouldnt give anything else for free.

Yeahyeah..same here!! 7-11 ran out of small cups last year and wouldn't give out anything else for free. Then someone wanted to BUY a small slurpee, the shop assistance pulled out small cups under the counter…That's DODGY!!!!~

New deal for Saturday, the 08.11.: Free tennis or small soccer ball when you go to Rebel Sports and say "I want your balls!" to the Shop Assistants… No, wait. Just kidding, sorry. :)
I sent them an email inquiring about 7/11 day and here is their response:
7-Eleven Day! Between 7am and 11pm on the 7th November 2008, customers can wish us a “Happy 7-Eleven Day” to receive a FREE small Slurpee.

:( went out especially with my friends and the Toowong shop said we are not allowed because there were no more small cups at the front! they said it's "sold out" so we can't have any :( went there for no reason, never going to toowong 7-11 ever again
Got 3 small slurpees in brissie CBD today. Funny how different stores have different ideas of 'small'. I thought the first place was small but the second place should have been called miniscule. Anyway I can never turn down free slurpee.
Took my young daughter to Williamstown North 7-11. Guy behind the counter said at about 4pm the local high school cleaned the machines out completely. Apparently 50 or more kids turned up together. I went there about 8pm and the machines were restocked but the floor was incredibly sticky from spilt slurpee and there was straw packaging every where. We got our free slurpee and are very happy. Good one 7-11!!
