MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPRIM X 12GB Graphics Card $1,399 Delivered + Surcharge @ Shopping Express

100

I missed the deal for the MSI 4070 ti Gaming X @ $1299 which is now $1350 so for me an extra $49 for a premium card seems like a good deal. The overall value is subjective so you can argue about that amongst yourselves but fwiw I have ordered one at this price.

too expensive, $300 more to go

    • +7

$500 before I would buy one

      • Are prev gen equivalents (3080?ti?) even that cheap yet or ever been?

  • +3

Thought that it was the price for a laptop with the rtx 4$$$🤣

We don’t want to argue amongst ourselves, we want to argue with you 🙂

Haha, I am not always right but I'm never wrong 😇

  • better than 3080 ti ?

    • It depends on the price.
4070 Ti is slight better than 3080 Ti in overall performance.
But 40 series suppose to be better and cheaper.

  • The overall value is subjective so you can argue about that amongst yourselves

But I want to blame DontBlameMe

lucky I made up my mind not to buy these overpriced cards

No comment on price since I splurged on a similar card recently. Been waiting 2 years for the GPU prices to "drop", got a promo recently decided to just go for it.

Be aware of the size of these new GPUs. I bought a new case (Fractal's North) and many of the new cards would struggle to fit. Use pcpartpicker to check their lengths before you spend thousands: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/#c=549

So how is this woth $1400 at all? Where is the premium feature

    • +6

Suprim is MSI's fancy tier. Definitely not worth $1400 for an x70 class card though, $800-$900 is where it should be.

  • Also $1399 at BPC (with free shipping)

Yeah, I just saw that too. Spewing because they are only a 20 min drive from me and I could of had my new card now 😡

  • Fun fact, a car that is literally cheaper than this video card:

…and just like a video card, that car also has an over heating problem

      • +1

The rego & road worthy would cost more than the car so then you are in 4090 price range with that comparison. Does that make this card good value then 🤣

    • can it run Crysis?

      • +2

        It could run over crysis

    For comparison, the XFX Speedster RX 6950XT is ~$1137 ($977+$57 shipping+$103gst) delivered from Amazon US atm - https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Speedster-MERC319-6950XT-Graphics… - 105fps average @4K vs the 4070Ti 109fps - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kiOLC2Ca_I

I bought a 4070Ti recently and just discovered the new "Frame Generation" feature of the RTX 4000 series. I'm blown away - turning on that feature in MS Flight Simulator 2020 my frame rates have at least doubled from sub 30 fps in some heavily detailed city areas to 70+, running in native 2K resolution (i.e. not using DLSS or any other upscaling) with everything on Ultra and using TAA. Am even happier with my 4070Ti purchase now that I discovered this new feature to boost frame rates of CPU limited games like MS Flight Simulator.
