  • I guess people are all indie bundled out with other sites doing the same thing and steam having just gone through a whole bunch of bundles. At least this site does it for a cause :)

Actually, for me the biggest draw card for the Humble Bundles is the fact that they are cross platform.

Compared to the software bundle averages this is quite high .. and all you get for it is an extra four songs in different remixes. Music is I think a more personal purchase then games I tend to need to know a song before I buy it and though I know a couple of these guys I don't know most of them or the songs they have. itunes and torrents have let you download individual songs for a while .. I can't remember the last time I purchased a whole album of music in any form, making this kind of unappealing.

    • Don't forget, they usually add another couple of items to the pay over average ranks after a week or so. As to your other comment, on the website you can preview the artist's music, and are songs on itunes not at least a dollar each? If you can't find 7 (or 8 whatever the average price is) songs on there you like I'll be impressed. In my opinion this is still humble bundle in top form.

    Oh, another one. yawns

edit : oh wait, just realised that this is music, not games. I have very specific tastes in music and I'm sure most people are the same so I will pass on this.
