That's what I get when I click on the link https://ibb.co/4pRtpFW

        • You have to pre-select another preferred location in your app/browser first, then click on link above or search for maple bacon sauce.

Eg. the link is currently valid for Alexandria Coles (Postcode 2015)

@CptnObvious: I already did. Same thing comes up. Otherwise I wouldn't say that it's unobtainable. Maybe State specific?

  • +3

Much better: Tomato sauce or ketchup, mustard, mayo, + some finely chopped/blended pickles.

    • +6

I like the Cole’s special burger sauce

    • +6

      but this is 50c

drop and locked till 11th April only****

Better get in quick, boys, only about 46 days left to take advantage

  • Not sure if this helps peeps but it's showing on Coles website via this link but specifies in the URL that it's for their Alexandria store so it may be just for Alexandria

    • Coles Alexandria, Which store is that? There is no Coles Alexandria. There is a distribution centre there or something where all the Coles Vans are, but its not a store.

      • +3

Can someone tell me what sauce i picked up from the back of the Coles van then?!?

  • +8

Worst ever. One bite and I had to chuck it to the bin immediately.

    • +8

Same here, disgusting stuff tasted rotten.

    • +5

I figure the $0.50 price is fair warning.

  • +4

Tastes crap not much bacon or maple mainly onion only good for the bin 🤮

  • +5

I mean the ingredients are right there on the page. If you go out and buy this shit, especially with it looking that colour it's kinda on you ignoring all the signs

    • +1

When i saw the first ingredient was vegetable oil & then saw the colour…it's a no for me

  • +4

This stuff is foul. There are much nicer sauces to put on a burger. Avoid avoid avoid.

  • +4

You know what's even better? A good sauce and REAL bacon. Just saying.

  • +3

Why all the hate for this sauce? Some of this on Tegel chicken burgers with some cheese, lettuce, tomato and a brioche bun is delicious!

  • Ingredients: Butt Hydrosolo & Satan gum. Sounds scary. shivers

4 slices kosher dill pickle, finely chopped

    1/4 teaspoon paprika

    Your welcome

    • +4

      What about my welcome?

      • +1

        They said it's yours.

        • +1

But they didn't say anything about it. That's like me randomly saying to you: Your fridge.

          • +1

@nuttapillar: I think he knows and was just riffing off your joke about my typo.

    • +3

Does this work if the pickles aren’t kosher?

      • +2

Only if you’re Jewish.. mmmm sacrilicious

  • +1

Seriously don't buy this, theres a reason its so cheap. I got it months ago for a similarly low price, one taste and in the bin. its got that awful vinegar taste you get in those carbonara bottled pasta sauces.

    • Why do ALL white cooking sauces in jars have that splash of vinegar?

It's like they're making it easier for us to bin the whole dinner.

      • Added acid for food preservation reasons.
You're correct, I hate the vinegar flavour myself.
