They only support 7 day warranty even if the product is DOA, and you must contact the manufacturers or suppliers directly if you need to repair your equipment.

  So whos fed you these lies? IJK has 1 year warranty on all new products and certain parts have longer warranties such as SSD, motherboards and cpu's ETC

    I had a bad experience on January 2011 in Enfield store. The one of your staff said that it was D.O.A. but you have a 7 day warranty policy, so he can't help me.
