Gaming PC: Intel i7-11700KF, RTX 3060Ti, Z590 M/B, 16GB 3600MHz RAM, 500GB NVMe SSD, 650W Bronze PSU, $1,699 + $45 Post @ Enigma

Hi everyone,

We have a premium build for today. It's priced higher compared to our previous post and other deals out there right now. I'd like to stress that we don't get great pricing on NZXT at all and have to pay the same price as the rest of you for some stuff. We are doing the best we can with the price.

There are upgrade and downgrade options in the configurator. You can get it down to $1,339 in the configurator if you want.

For the default build, we have an NZXT H5 Flow case, sleeved cables, multiple colour options and mesh/tempered glass versions. If you want to overclock the CPU we recommend upgrading to the 750W PSU.

If you're someone who purchased from us before, let us know what you think in the comments! Also, if you're happy with our builds and service, please leave us a review - it really helps and currently we have none :)

We didn't post Monday as we were inundated with orders from our previous post. We don't want to ever exceed our 3-5 day turnaround so this was why.

LIMITED TIME ONLY - VALID TILL MONDAY

If any of you have any suggestions on future builds, please let us know in the comments. Upvote your favourites and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you like our PC configurator? We spent a long time working that one out. Please, if you have constructive feedback, let it rip!

CURRENT DISPATCH TIMES: 3-5 business days.

When were 3060Ti’s still worth close to $800!?

    • -5

      The Vision isn't cheap!

  • +4

    Wouldn't consider the 3060ti 'premium'

      • +1

        Okay,

        Still looking for AM5 build w/ 4070ti 😊

        • +2

          It's coming soon!

      • +2

It's a consumer forum - so "premium" shouldn't refer to your end of the deal here…

  • +3

That's a reasonably middling 2021 system with a 2020 lower end 'gaming' CPU and about half of the memory you need for more than I spent on a B660, i5-12400F, 750 Watt bronze power supply, 1TB gen 4 crucial NVMe and an RX 12Gb 6700XT plus 64GB of RAM while GPU prices were still falling.

"Premium" it ain't. Poor to middling more like it.

I'd give you $700 for it if I was in the market to save you a little on rubbish skip charges…

    • Value doesn't just come in the performance. Some people prefer premium accessories. This does come at a price.

      • +4

You keep using that word "premium" as if you know what it means. Clearly you don't.

My lower end gaming system, which I constructed as a passable long term unit, would wipe the floor with the superseded components you have there with a just-capable GPU and the obsolete components you clearly over-ordered two years ago.

        "Premium" <> "Shiny" .

      • +16

There's nothing premium about this build.

        Bottom tier Aorus board

        2-generation old CPU

        Bronze, low power PSU

Second from bottom tier GPU (Vision is just white version of Gigabyte's Gaming model, with worse RGB to boot)

        Cheap, bottom tier AIO

        • +2

Also the SSD is DRAM-less with inconsistent sustained write speeds that can get slower than HDDs. Premium is not inconsistent or DRAM-less.

  • +1

    Meh

You will find that OzBargainers value things differently here. Premium and high-end or not, people are looking for the best value/bang for buck.

Just as feedback…if you don't get great pricing on NZXT…then why use it? There's plenty of cases out there (that you can get better pricing) to make your system more appealing to the community here.

IMO Using NZXT case and mostly Gigabyte parts (no offense to those brands) doesn't make a system premium. Definition of Premium is an object's character and perception to be worth more than what it is. Those parts are not premium parts to me (and to you, you mentioned NZXT parts are not priced good for you! aka…the not so great price you pay makes it poor premium to me) that's all. No offense.

  • +1

Appreciate you coming up with something that at least looks different from the stock standard.

  • +8

Expired already? Guess it will be back later cheaper. Test the price, no one likes, repost later. Seem to be par for seller.

I really hate when sellers say high end and premium. It means nothing when i read it now beside the seller being full of it and is just dodgy salesman talk, just look at fb and gumtree, every pc is high end premium bs.

    • +4

Personally I don't have a problem with this at all.. Learn and improve is better then just keep posting bad deals that no one likes. Enigma did have some great deals after there first misstep so have good hopes for that.

Whats wrong with making a mistake and then trying to improve?

      • +3

good on em if they do learn but ozbargain users are like the deep end of the pool.

wanna come play, better know how to swim. the waters can be brutal.

  • +1

Marked as Expired but still available when I click the link? That's a new one

    • +6

they just don't want anyore negs. can have a 3070 Ti machine at this price

  • Ozb votes for CPU/GPU only. Make the rest the cheapest junk possible to keep the price down, and the votes will flow!

There should be two versions: the one that people will vote for. And then the 'premium' versions for a few hundred more that moves away from the complete crap that no one should buy.

    • +2

I tend to agree with this. BPC does a decent job of this, they'll throw up a PC with some lower end parts, then give upgrade options. I don't think coming in with a 'premium' PC with that 'premium' price, then saying you can downgrade to make it less, is that appealing to the community here. I think if the figures were done on the lower end version, it's probably not that competitive with what's been around recently.

    • that's it… Premium is in the eyes of the beholder. Start with a system with decent CPU and GPU, let the buyer upgrade what they want and make it worth the premium to them.

for example I would love a true mini ITX case system (13L or smaller) but nothing ever comes up here so I had to build my own and I did pay a premium for that, happily.

  • +11

This one has missed the mark with ozbargainers. But we've seen you bounce back before. Hope to see that happen again.

  • Expired already?

  • We are some harsh critics on here i feel bad for these guys. On the flip side i would genuinely consider premium as up from 2k these days. Keen to see what you guys do next.

  • I just want a high end cpu with rtx4070ti with decent ssd and 32mb ram for around $2.5k if that’s possible.

  • +1

As someone with a high end blinged out PC, I think ozbargain isn’t the place to test the waters with a build like this as value is the most important part here. People who care about aesthetics or premium aspects to a pc will usually pay the price without coming here or build it themselves.

    But nice try.

  • Only critics will get all the Ozbargainers here more deals!

  • +1

Oooft your PC partpicker listings is scammy. You chose the most expensive listing for your motherboard etc. Very misleading and not a practice I endorse. As much as I want to support you. You should stop that crappy practice.

    • -2

It definitely wasn't the intention. It would have been a mistake. I would like to think we have been very transparent with what goes in our PCs. Implying we are doing this intentionally is not very fair.

      • +1

From the customer viewing end we can't differentiate whether your intention is pure or not.
All the more reason you should be thorough before you post. It is only going to work against you.
I have been quite supportive of your business up until that. If it's a mistake then so be it. We learn and move on.
