have this mouse, battery lasts like 10 months lol, great for gaming and fairly light!

    • +3

Get some battery adapters and chuck in a AAA energizer ultimate in there and its even lighter

      • +1

Also kmart batteries are much lighter than energisers and the like. They're also shitty but they're fine for things like this where weight is important.

    • not sure if you're factoring this in already but there is an option to toggle the rate it polls your wireless receiver which makes the battery last longer than default

      • +1

and make the mouse feel sluggish

The blue one even has $5 coupon so the price comes down to $44. Not sure if it's only for Prime or not.

    • i bought a blue one and yes got that $5 voucher too. win!

    • i don't see the coupon

    • used from amazon warehouse is $45

    • Yes but blue isn't as aesthetically trendy as white

    • I got prime, but didn't see the coupon. Might be targeted

Put the shop in title, son

    • +11

      Stop calling people son, weirdo

      • +4

It's an attempted reference to 'The little doers'. Just fell a bit flat. Not good form to call someone else a weirdo.

Bought one last year $38 from JB Hi-Fi. battery last long time and its light.

  • +25

Great mouse, but as it approaches the speed of light it gets a little heavy

    • +1

      Thats infinitely heavy then

  • +1

Does the scroll wheel work on this one??

I bought this and the scroll wheel doesn't work

First time in a long time that I have experienced a faulty product straight out of the box

    • +3

Didn't return it for a replacement?

      • +1

just filled out the return form today and going to post office on Monday.

I opted for a refund instead of a replacement since now that mouse comes with $10 voucher making it $15

  • Great mouse for fps

  • Price drop to 49.08 now. Pretty good price but has been lower previously

  • +1

Oh, this one too , Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed
    https://amzn.asia/d/2oRWC0Q

    how does it compare

  • this one only can use USB to connect? or bluetooth? my Macbook doesnt have USB port….

    • +1

      No bluetooth.

  • How does this feel coming from a Razer Deathadder? Tried the Basilisk but wasn't for me

    • It's very different, the DeathAdder is quite ergonomic and this is not. When I changed to this one it took me a long time to get used to it. My right pinky would get extremely sore from the way I held it for some reason. Eventually got used to it though.

  • +1

Very good mouse even if you don't play games. It works perfectly on my transparent glass table top. Adjustable DPI helps you to find your favourite feeling. Most importantly the profile can be stored in its inboard chip making it work perfectly without software.

  • +3

Jbhifi will price match if you want. Been wanting a wireless mouse as well
Just got them to do and used a $10 perks voucher cost me $39.08 total. Thanks OP

  • Does it use Unifying USB dongle same like MX series?

    • +1

Nah it's their Lightspeed one. Up to 1000Hz polling instead of 125Hz.

  • -3

Hate AAA, too much work lol

  • looking for a mouse for work and not for gaming.
is this a good one for work?

    • +4

Best one is Logi Triathlon M720. Buy that and you won't need another for work.

Has three profiles dongle and BT connection.

Been using it as my work mouse for a few years. No problems.

  • A good mouse, IMHO, provided you don’t get a faulty one. I bought this for my young son for Xmas, and it had a problem with phantom left mouse button inputs. The button itself wasn’t stuck down, but the mouse behaved as though the left button was being clicked and held down all the time, and we ended up having to return it. Amazon sent a replacement immediately, and the replacement one works fine, but the experience upset my son, and it has shaken my faith in Logitech a bit.

  • Great deal, partner got the lilac one works very well for the price point!

  • Not really a great gaming mouse even with the battery lightening mod, it's faaaaar too back heavy making it awkward to lift the mouse since it's so unbalanced. Triple A+back hump cover off barely makes it useable for me.

Surprised (and a little disappointed) that no OZB'er has pointed out that the blue version is cheaper ….

      • TY
My faith on OZB has been restored :)

  • Thanks op, just ordered a blue one, which is acutally cheaper than white. Read some reviews online, this mouse is actually pretty good for mac users.

  • Razer Orochi V2 for $55 on eBay as an alternative cheap wireless gaming mouse

  • +4

Good product but seems like a pretty ordinary price.
Not sure why so many upvotes

    • +1

Been as low as $29 too (in Mint, to be fair). $50 seems to above the average 'bargain' price posted here on OzB

  • Already had 3 of this mouse for each PC at home, should I buy 1 more, now that we back to office?

    • Why do you have 3 computers?

      • 2 gaming pc to play coop game with missus, and 1 "clean" pc for work.
