      Ive beat your best prices multiple time at JB and TGG

      This is true, as we've gotten bigger as a retailer, we find it a lot harder to compete with the big players like HN/JB-TGG. We're not quite big enough to buy in bulk like the majors but we're no longer small enough to be an indie and get a nice price here and there from the manufacturers. Tough spot. (This is what I've heard through the office grapevine, I don't work in sales or buying, just part of the marketing team). We do our best to be price competitive but it's been getting harder and harder, hence we had to lose our old price matching guarantee.

      I call bull shit.

      For these listed products we will 100% beat any major competitor, hence the $177 coupon on that one dishwasher that Bing Lee is selling at $495. We're trying to clear these, so if you find it cheaper, let us know and we'll re-issue a coupon code to beat'em.

        When OP bullshits abouts price matching when i know for a fact that they have refused price matches in the past even for the brands listed.

        I dont support buisnesses that are not truthful.

        I previously had a fault in a fridge i bought from them, when i called for warranty support , they promised to send someone and it never happened.

        Now i just buy from TGG or JB, support is superior to AO

      I bought multiple times from them about 1-2 years ago. They seemed pretty quick (to a fault almost) and friendly. They stacked my dryer for me which was nice.

      After you set your postcode, should show some more options - a few Rinnai, one Electrolux and two Euromaid heat pump dryers. Sadly, no Bosch or Esatto on sale in your state though.

    I've only been buying my appliances from these guys since 2017. Delivery is the most hassle free I've seen. Prices are not always competitive, but I'd rather buy from these guys than buy from HN.

    I cannot recommend the Esatto Heat Pump Dryer. Had it for around 2 years and it keeps giving me an error that the water filter is full despite emptying the tank.

    Upon googling the error, seems like it's quite common and even though I've messaged AppliancesOnline (who were great), they send it through to esatto who never follow up for repairs.
