There are racks with trays under the top rack.
Decent rack. I love it. The only neg is that standard plates don't really stand up vertically with the bar size/gap. But those go generally in the dishwasher anyway
Do steel dishracks rust? I have had a couple of issues with rusty dishracks in the past

Great, so anything on the top rack will drip water on the bottom rack. Pain if the bottom rack items were almost dry.
