Noticed I have a decent bank of Telstra points built up and this was one of the offers. I've already got four of these (and all free with spotify accounts or telstra points) so really don't need another but they've been great for the kids rooms, bathrooms etc.

When I click check out, in next page it shows 404. Page not found.
It happens with other items as well.

Working for me on iOS Safari. After hitting the Checkout button, it takes me to a Your Details page.
What browser you using? It's been reported before that the Telstra Plus site has issues with a lot of browsers but most report Firefox works fine. I had to use Firefox instead of Chrome to order my Nest Doorbell after weeks of chatting with support trying to figure out what was going on. (Have since full commit to Firefox, man it's so great)

Yes that's my case. I now have no active Telstra services under my account.
You can transfer your points to someone with an account, they can buy it for you.. but you’ll need to call up to do this (I believe)
@87percent: I was able to redeem my points in store with not been able to do online due to no service
After months of problems and speaking with various Telstra folk I think I finally realised what causes the 404 (for me at least). Not having an active pay monthly service.
Still doesn’t work if you don’t have an active service
Use Firefox and there’s a link, was in the same boat, no active service. But I manage to redeem
