Did you compare shelf price with docket price? (I took photos of shelf price to ensure discount was applied.)
Yea i checked the docket. for example jin ramen i still got charged $5.99 (the price displayed on the shelf)

All except 1 purchase showed that.

@INFIDEL: Mine was 9 items, none of them hv discount. Even yakult i paid $3.99, that's their normal price.
I only saw this post (20% discount stotewide) after shopping. If i knew beforehand, i would have asked the counter staff.

The discount should have automatically been applied by computer/register.
Staff excitedly told me I was lucky as "its 20% off today".

Kewpie Roasted Sesame Japanese dressing didn't have a discount, so returned to shelf. Staff couldn't explain why. (Cheaper @Hanaromart)

Took each product to register & price checked to confirm they qualified. All my shop was 20% off.

I usually spend $150 there every fortnight and last time I made extra effort to buy more during their last ‘storewide’ **** sale and basically all of it was excluded 🤷🏻♂️
