Coles is giving away mini banana cakes and $2 vouchers outside their new store in St Leonards.

It's unclear if the voucher will work at other Coles stores, but it's worth a try if you're planning to shop there soon.

      Doubt even if it was a bar of sugar, unless you were already pre-diabetic it would cause this as the bar is at most 100gms.

          Yes, zoomed in on the barcode of OP's original pic. I scanned the ANZAC biscuits first, then scanned the code.

          When I went to make the payment, the self-service checkout prompted for staff intervention to "check all coupons" (or something like that).

          The staff member asked if I had scanned a coupon and I said that it was on my phone (but I didn't show them nor was I asked to).

            @new2onlineshopping: It says "collect all coupons" when I tried at self serve. The staff member then looked and asked for the physical coupon. When I told him I have it on my phone, he advised he cant approve it. So, looks like you got lucky!

              @DaddyJi: I had a teenager girl come over to approve the transaction. Now if only I could get a photo of their (the staff) barcode used for approvals… ;)
