      That's not positive feedback about shipping times though -

      As someone that buys this brand often, great timing!

      Hopefully stock isn’t an issue…

      It's more like concern about buying from you because of your poor history with delays in shipping.

    My first order shipped quite quickly, this last order took about 11 days to ship. I am not too fussed since I am not in a rush to receive it (my current stocks are still solid), but I can understand how it would be annoying for people that expect to receive the order within a few days.

  Long long LONG time lurker first time poster, this company incentivised me to make this account so no one else has to deal with them.

  Had an initially good experience with the company until i had to contact support. The customer service was non existent, after 2 emails and 2 facebook messages they finally got in contact with me. Understandably i was upset, i didn't swear i didn't say anything unreasonable but apparently they could of given me early access to there boxing day sale. I have since changed hair care companies because i'd rather not support these people.

  Anyone that chooses to deal with them, good luck

    That's a strange way to treat family. The old posts are full of terrible behaviour from this rep.

    I posted some quotes from other members in a previous post the rep didn't appreciate so I was accused of being bored & told I should not comment.

    Member @mahdoo said they don't communicate to customers when delays are caused by backordering stock, so the Rep asked if they work for a competitor twice. Another one here.

    But the rep has an amazing attitude & strives for the best to keep everyone happy.

    I have used Headgear Matte Shaper and the Mud I think, neither as good as Rockstar Classic that I have used for over a decade.
    Fierce Fiber looks like it should be closer to classic. I just purchased 4 tins of Classic a week ago on eBay for $14.95 each, but in a year or two when I get through it, I will circle back to look at the Fierce Fiber. Thanks.

      I've been using classic instant rockstar for over a decade too. It washes off your hands easily and stays in my hair for ages. Disadvantages are it's not available in stores any longer and is expensive. Have you found any worthy alternatives?

    Yepp I switched to this (I buy from woolworths) and will never pay $20+ for these products again. Absolute scam. Although everything to do with the beauty industry is a scam.
