• Minimum spend $100 AUD.
• Applicable to 1 order per customer.
• Must be an AU or NZ resident with an AU or NZ phone number.
• Code valid until 11:59PM April 10th 2023 AEDT. (Probably supposed to be AEST.)

  Be careful with Klook, the first time i went with them for a transfer from Phuket airport, there were no issues.

  Second time it was a transfer from Pattaya and the plane was delayed an hour, texted the numbers via whatsapp that were supplied that I was late. When i got to the airport NO ONE wanted to help, i couldn't find anyone even willing to point me in the right direction. I got in contact with complaints and the would only offer a credit not a refund. Think twice.

    I’ve also had some bad experiences with Klook. It’s all fine when everything works but when something doesn’t, they will do very little to help you.

    I ordered JR passes and waited 3 weeks but didn’t receive the vouchers in the mail. When I contacted them they couldn’t tell me anything, only promising someone would contact me within 2 days which didn’t happen. Chased them 4-5 times over the course of another 3 weeks before I got a tracking number and the passes finally came. Looking at the tracking number, the passes were sent 6 weeks after I ordered them and may have even been later if I wasn’t hassling them because my travel dates were coming up. Btw, on the Klook website it says it will be sent within 5 business days.

      After a few weeks of waiting my JR passes got sent to wrong address!! (Across the road, they put incorrect house number on the envelope!!). For all the accuracy / info you need to provide when applying for them I was shocked this happened. Lucky they also had the mobile number on the envelope so the neighbour called me saying he’d received it.. so got it in the end.

      (And yes I checked my order and I used my correct address - was a typo on their end)

  Ive had no trouble claiming Klook vouchers. The car rental compa y overcharged me and they helped get my money back.

  I think CR offer 3.5% off… So if spending much more than about $285 then may be worthwhile getting the CR instead (if u don't mind waiting for it)

    You can get 5% off first order on the app if you haven’t used it before which is a better deal. 5% off deals also pop up every few months so it depends on when you’re travelling.

    I was happy with $10 off a JR pass. If you use them properly, they can be very good value. Just be aware that the region specific JR passes have a LOT of fine print.
