  • Ebay suggested promo code puts it to 979

If I buy one of your laptops, would you be able to provide some photos of the actual item?

    • +3

If you buy one, take your own photos.

  • For CAD this workstation looks good deal, only real negs is 9th gen CPU and this is one of the heaviest p series weight wise (2.5kg). FHD so assume 300 nits and a lower colour gamut.

I have the p14s with a higher spec screen and a 12th gen i7 myself for the portability. But it cost more than two and a half times as much as this price, and that after Lenovo supposedly had 39% off.

    • How heavy is the p14s? I am after something less than 1.5kg

      • +1

Assuming @entropysbane is referring the Gen3 P14S - Lenovo PSRef lists it as 1.5Kg for the 'Storm grey' and the 'Black cover' as 1.38Kg.

        • According to the spec sheet it’s “starting at 1.24 kg”. Never weighed it myself tbh.

          It’s black.

If anyone wants to know, quoting notebookcheck.com

The Nvidia Quadro T1000 for laptops is a professional mobile graphics card that is based on the Turing architecture (TU117 chip). Compared to the consumer GTX 1650, the Quadro T1000 features less CUDA cores / shaders (768 versus 896).

    • It's the "pro" version of a GTX 1650. Pretty much a joke for this price and being refurbished compared to the new deals around.

      • +1

It would be swings and round abouts. Terrible gaming GPU, but better for rendering.that is what it is built for.

  • Will this support an internal 4TB SSD?

    • +1

It has a second m.2 slot so yes if you have a nvme 4tb.
