I think your carrier needs to support it. Best to check with Coles Mobile.
These watches generally arent supported by pre paid services.

Just a warning. I bought one of these at the start of March when they were offering $200 off. It still hasn't even shipped despite me harassing them.
If you're on the fence I would recommend waiting for a good 3rd party sale price… Actually would office works or someone price match this?
I haven't used Samsung direct as seller but lately I seen a lot of comments saying the same thing. I will wait for a third party retailer. Samsung customer service if buying direct from them looks very disappointing. And that's from several comments that I have seen posted here on Ozbargain.
Agree with this. Rubbish customer service. And they have a 21 day turn around on refunds.

I ordered one on the 18th of April and received it two days later. I did switch to the sportsband, but shouldnt make a difference since they come in seperate packaging.

Purple sports band link leads to the Black Titanium watch which isn’t on sale and the Sapphire sports band link leads to “your cart is empty”.NEVER, NEVER buy Samsung online. Terrible complete lack of customer service. Hours and hours wasted trying to get a refund. They say the refund is approved but they have a "techcnical problem". They say i will get the refund, but no idea when. 1 year? 10 years? Horrible. Don't do it.
