      Shabaka and superforever are correct, just look up what damages sitting for long hours on a chair can do to your body. A bad chair reduces those hours, therefore same damages in lesser time.

      I bought 3 of these for my kids a few months back. All 3 kids weigh under 60kg and two of the chairs have had their arms break off and all 3 chairs have flat cushions.

      They are absolute rubbish. As are the seats.

      With chairs sort of, ive paid about 20 times over the years. The gaming chair above doesnt adjust much and wont last that long, but will do in a pinch. for the price, you could buy a dozen, put them a shed and you are good for a decade. That said, buying a good chair is annoying af as theres so many options out of there.

      Sitting on a Steelcase Leap V2 nowdays and annoyed the Steelcase gestures and we have at work are much more comfy.

        Not necessarily. There are going to be dozens of hundreds of factories producing the same types of products, and they just copy each other shamelessly. Might be the same factory, might not be.

        Far as I can tell, Bangood is just a sales channel/aggregator. They don't control production.

            @yoquierotaco: I think at foreign exchange markets close over weekends, so there is higher risk to vendors dealing with conversions.

            Wise for example also gives worse FX rates over the weekend.

        Most of the chair is cheap. The gas lift part isn't something you want to cheap out on. There have been multiple chair explosions in China from people cheaping out. Getting disemboweled or killed by one is not pretty.

      Hundreds of factories get sourced by thousands of small companies to make these chair parts piece by piece en masse, and this streamlined production process becomes extremely cheap. They then pack the chairs onto outbound container ships which are also afforable to run. Costs are down due to sheer volume and the profit they get come from all the efficiencies adding up.
