Had similar issues with their 100% cashback offer up to $15 offer that was posted a while ago (even got an email confirming the $15 cashback after the transaction), I reported the issue and they replied the cashback was now tracking however they only gave 30 cents cashback, not the $15 (which I mentioned to them), so they're either dodgy or incompetent. Won't be doing anything with these guys again.
Only 1 in 3 of my purchases with picodi seem to track, even if I use a browser with no ad blocking.
The support team are nice enough to credit me the amount every time but I wish it just worked properly.
How long does the support team take to credit you? And are you contacting them through this page or somewhere else? As I mentioned above, I contacted them on 26 April (through that link) but yet to hear back.

They're looking very dodgy now - my Amazon orders on 18 and 19 April never tracked (contacted support on 26 April, still yet to hear anything back), didn't do anything different to my first order through them which did track but still hasn't been confirmed:
It's been over 30 days and saying "0 days" for at least a few days now.
Also they've rejected the $2 cashback for installing the extension:
