OZB_PHANTOM_SPECIAL

Happy lazy Sunday OzBargain!

Let’s start it off with a banger.

I want first to thank everyone who supported us from our last deal post, we received dozens of orders and were flooded by enquiries. All orders have been fulfilled now along with custom ones from our previous deal a fortnight ago. If you did purchase from us, I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave a comment letting us know about your experience for others.

For this deal, I’ve really pulled so many strings to get this over the line with the environment being ever so competitive and margins getting slimmer. From our last deal, we received a lot of feedback and requests for a deal with the latest generation CPUs, RAM, SSD etc… It seems like there’s a vast amount of OzBargainers who want more future-proof systems and are happy to pay the small premium. The truth is, the latest componentry being the AM5 chipset and DDR5 RAM primarily don’t have much room for discounts as they’re extremely new. Nevertheless, I made sure to get the best value out of each latest generation component without the compromise of performance or questionable brands. I have made all efforts to drive the price down as much as possible for the community by negotiating endlessly with numerous suppliers and even slimming my own margins down to accommodate this price.

Our focus is selling premium quality builds without compromising customer service and overall quality. We are a small team that cares about you and will always put you first. In saying that, I hope all OzBargainers understand that the discount amount can’t be the same as the older generation componentry, it’s simply impossible. My recommendation is that if you’re looking for something at a lower price point with the RTX 4070 and don’t mind the older generation componentry accompanying it to please contact us and we’ll be able to work something out!

From my understanding, I have not seen a deal with the latest generation of parts at this price point. I’ve beat the PCPartPicker price by $72, for further discount I strongly suggest you pick up and/or choose bank transfer as the payment method and send us a message. Our payment processors charge us a ridiculous amount per transaction.

For this deal, we have only secured a limited amount of stock so it'll only be valid for a limited time only, until the end of 14th of May.

What makes us different?

  • Guaranteed within one business hour response times for email, phone and live chat support
  • We’re proud to offer a fair and transparent price that our competitors struggle to match
  • Each PC is quality controlled seriously before despatch, we run checks on all components multiple and stress tests including 3DMark and MemTest86 - your test results will be saved to your desktop for you to view
  • 3 years return to base warranty and lifetime support included on all purchases
  • Build your own completely custom PC in any configuration and design with us
  • Guaranteed 24-hour despatch for advertised prebuild gaming PCs and same-day order processing

Use code OZB_PHANTOM_SPECIAL to score yourself a sweet deal that you might have missed out on earlier!

GPU - MSI RTX 4070 VENTUS 3X OC – 12GB ($300 to upgrade to MSI 4070 Ti VENTUS 3X OC) - we're OOS of our previous discounted pricing for the 4070 Ti's. All prices remain the same for the base model and are in stock.

If an upgrade isn’t available on the builder, please contact us and we’ll try our best to accommodate your requests.

Rest assured; we’ll work on your order on the same day. (Fastest turnaround will be for advertised prebuilds with no customisation)

  • Hey @Nebula PC
This is a bit off topic, but on the gaming PC page on your site (https://www.nebulapc.com.au/collections/gaming-pcs), the panel for the 'Stinger' PC shows:

Up to 620 Fully Customisable RGB Fans

While I'm sure there are that many types of RGB fans in existence, I would say they probably aren't all going to fit in the case :)

I appreciate your transparency and the amount of interaction here on OzB! I'll hopefully soon join the many others who've ordered a PC/parts from you, cheers!

    • Hey Bopter12,

This has been fixed already, you must've just seen a glimpse of it for the one minute it was there. We were actually editing the gaps between the edges on each row and copied and pasted the text accidentally.

I'll give you props though, funny error haha.

      Cheers for the kind words.

  • Been meaning to upgrade my ageing PC for quite some time and I finally pulled the trigger! After hours live chat was fantastic, answered a lot of my questions and (kinda) sold a fugly pc case to me (lol jokes) just because I wanted one with a usbc port in front.
Now to explain to the missus…
Keep up the good work Nebula!

    • Haha, was definitely a good chat. I'm glad I could cover all the bases for you :).

Thank you for your business, I'm sure the beautiful case design will explain itself to your missus.

  • +1

Thanks for the lightning quick help on restocking the page for me just before. I've just placed an order.

I was gonna wait till EOFY but this deal is the price point and specs i wanted. Perfect.

    • +1

      Appreciate your business! Thank you!

We'll work on your order today :).

  • Any option to upgrade the storage?

  • Is +45 delivery the most you will need to pay? i live in south australia just outside of adelaide was just wondering if that price wont increase. Cheers.

Also - any idea if you guys will have the 5800 or 7800 x3D back in stock as would rather this cpu over the 7900x series! cheers guys.

good to see some healthy competition on OZB!!

    • +1

      Hey Mate,

Shipping prices will vary for us across Australia but we make it a flat rate of $45 to make it easier for everyone.

We bear any additional costs if it is above $45 in total.

      • also, the response from your team to everyones needs and comments has been second to none. keep up the solid work!

  • Is it worth an extra $700 over the deal here?
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/772330

    • Hey Jollystacker,

That build has completely different components, whether it's worth it or not is subjective and is up to the end user. Our parts are all the newest generation compared to the one you sent.

Every single part they are using is completely different to our build, including the RTX 4070 they are using.

If you have any specific questions, you can go on our live chat and shoot us a message :).

  • Leaving a note for anyone that want to upgrade to 7800x3D now that the upgrade is available: ask for BIOS update, as the CPU is known to self destruct when using in EXPO/XMP (automatic overclocking). This issue is not included in the manufacture warranty as it is consider issue caused by overclocking even though it's a feature AMD was promoting for the 7000 CPU series.

    • No stress, we always update the BIOS, Windows, and all necessary drivers on every single build before despatch.

  • +1

Just a thought but im kinda regretting building my own pc now that i paid a little bit more than this for an 4070ti but with amd 4 and ddr4 and everything… why would I have done it if I could have just got a better system and get someone else to do it for me too…

    • +2

Haha welcome to the industry, I have the exact sane thought these days with my own PC I built years ago…

You do lose the fun of building it yourself though! It's important for a lot of people.

  • I got a system from these guys 2 weeks ago and they did a good job.

    Some notes:
    - They shipped via Toll and the tracking could only be described as "adequate". It basically teleported from NSW to a courier van so definitely sign up for tracking alerts so you can get a heads up
    - With two customisations (bigger PSU and a Wi-Fi card) they shipped it within 2 business days
    - The cable management is good, it looks clean where it matters
    - OS comes pre-configured with a local user account and 3D Mark installed. There's some benchmark results on the desktop since these guys use it as a kind of burn in test. Pretty cool idea though I ended up just wiping it clean and doing a fresh Windows install

Feedback for these guys (since the rep seems very active here):
    - You should do more rigorous card verification as you're risking getting screwed over by scumbags. I bought a PC for my nephew from TechFast and they verify orders by doing a followup transaction for a random small amount which they then ask you to confirm. I would hate for you guys to go bust on account of CC fraud.
    - The communication is a little nebulous (har har). You basically get an immediate confirmation, then nothing, then the delivery details. If I were at the wheel, I'd send out an e-mail to say the PC is undergoing validation and will be shipped shortly or something.
    - The order confirmation should include a breakdown of the components. I know you can get that by clicking on the order details button but it'd be nice to have it archived in the e-mail if I have to refer to it later.
    - Tax invoice?

    • +1

Great idea about the card verification, I suppose I haven't come across anything like that yet will have to keep that in mind. I can't control how Toll tracks their consignments haha, hope you understand that. They are the best in terms of turnaround time for us.

Once the order has been received we send an order confirmation and start working on it immediately, there's not much to communicate in terms of progress as our turnaround is quite fast. We send an email once despatched.

The order confirmation doesn't have a breakdown of the list of components sadly as it's a limitation of our plugin for the product builder, I will have to ask them if this is possible on the order confirmation/product.

An invoice can be sent via our accounting system when requested on top of the order confirmation invoice, the invoice is sent upon order.

Thank you for your feedback, appreciate all your effort writing this up!

      Cheers!

  • Motherboard - MSI PRO B650-P Wi-Fi ATX – DDR5

Double checking, that this motherboard has a second NVME slot? as i have a spare 2TB at home so i can chuck in?

Also with the 7800x3d someone stated a bios update is needed? just making sure you guys can verify that this is done prior to purchase!

    Thanks again.

    • Yes, it has a second NVME slot and yes you can chuck it in. It will not void the warranty unless it's directly affecting other components (I don't see how a faulty SSD might destroy other components).

BIOS is always updated to the latest version available with all builds before despatch. This is the same with Windows updates, all necessary drivers and software. This is all done during our quality check process.

  • Anything in the pipeline for an ITX build?

    • Not as of yet, sadly ITX builds won't sell as much. It's really hard to cater for everyone for this kind of business.

Shoot us a message on our live chat and we can work something out.

  • +1 from me for awesome price and great payment selections (*nudge *nudge Paypal) …… also bonus for me that you're in the Sydney area.

  • +1

Damnit just bought the deal from you guys last week! You win some, you lose some eh.

Figured I'll give you guys some feedback as well:

    • Build and shipping time is great in the metro Syd area. First time having package delivered with Go logistics, pretty good.
    • I agree with supplying tax invoice from one of the comments earlier. A simple pdf with order details would be sufficient. Or even a printed tax invoice shoved in the box. Makes it easier to keep track of what we've ordered without having to click thru emails from Shopify again.
    • Love that Windows 11 is pre-installed. Saves customers time from having to download ISO to a USB drive. Even though, I did wipe it before using. Appreciate the stress testing results tho.
    • Support is fast. Was asking questions after business hours and response was almost immediate. Notified me that a certain part was OOS and gave an expected time frame.

    Great experience overall.
Good luck with the business. Will definitely look for you guys when I'm due for an upgrade in a couple years.

    • Wonderful!

Thank you for your feedback :), awesome to hear.

We'll set up an automatic invoicing system in future by email, usually you would get one from our store after purchase (order confirmation).

Go Logistics is great for us in NSW, happy to pay the premium for fast delivery times.

  • +1

I ordered on Monday before midday this week with pickup option. I appreciate there must be a lot of orders from Ozbargain users :)
I'd like to set myself an expectation of getting a new PC (excited)! When can I pick it up? is it within this week or am I looking at next week? Thanks.

    • Hey Bob,

I know you're excited, I get that feeling too haha.

Could you PM me your order details? We smashed through tens of them already and have sent despatch and pick-up emails already.

I'll make sure you will get your PC this week.

  • +2

Any chance you'll be getting these codes?

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/campaigns/pc-game-bundl…

    • Just saw this promo, I will have to check with my supplier and confirm.

We are definitely getting Star Wars Jedi codes which we send to our customers once we receive them from AMD.

      • Would also like to know this if you can reply once you get confirmation.

        • +3

          Hey Guys,

I can confirm you will all be eligible for the Diablo promotion once you receive your PC.

After I chew through all our orders I’ll send a mass email to everyone with redemption instructions for both Stat Wars Jedi and Diablo 4.

          Cheers guys!

          • @Nebula PC: I'm sold, I had to get a new PC for D4 anyway and this promo is icing…

            • @dlanod: Appreciate your business!

          • @Nebula PC: Feels good man, love you guys

    • Literally scanned through comments for this, what bad timing we have! I pretty much built this PC for D4 too haha. I've read on reddit that some people had some luck and they purchased their card 2 weeks ago. Fingers crossed, it'd really be a nice sweetener :)

Just wanted to leave a comment to highly recommended Nubula PC.
I enquired about a recent Ryzen-4070ti build they advertised, and I wanted it swapped out to be an intel build. In the end it was a completely custom build for me.
Lawrence who I was dealing with was very helpful. We simply went back and forth via a PCPartPicker list until the config was agreed on, and then he quoted it built and delivered all below the total PC PartPicker price.
After payment I received my custom build 3 days later.
I could not be happier with Nebula. They were very honest and very quick with response.
The build was very neat, and the PC was packaged up very well for transport. Nothing could move inside that case the way it was packaged.
He installed Windows 11 (un activated), 3Dmark was on there from Nebulas testing procedure, all drivers and BIOS up to date. They had even enabled the XMP ram profile. I did not have to do a thing.
Cannot recommended them enough and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
    Thanks Nebula.

    • This is such a nice response, i really hope they do well :) Price to customer support just seems so perfect.

    • That makes me smile!

      Thank you for your business!

I'm glad it all went well, thank you so much for your kind words. It means the world to us to hear about happy customers!

      Lawrence

    • Care to share your build specs and how much in total?

  • +6

    Hey everyone!

Just wanted to say thank you for your overwhelming support for this deal! For anyone that has ordered with us and is still here, I just wanted to say we have already smashed through and fulfilled half the orders from this deal. We are awaiting some more stock coming in either today or tomorrow to fulfil more. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing some courier delays from interstate deliveries, however, this won't delay our orders too much All tracking information has been sent to you if your item has been despatched.

    • Great to see some competition in the ozbargin community, bpc and techfast have been neck and neck for awhile, its great to see another superpower roll in and dominate! Its also good to see a buisness give so much feedback and have a good quality control setup. That alone will keep you top of the board!

      • Competition is always good!

  • Hi Nebula, any chance you will do a deal for a GTX 4080 build?

    • You mean RTX 4080?

We want to but it won’t attract as many customers as we’re going higher into the range. The mid range is the sweet spot for best bang for buck. You can upgrade this build to an 4080 if you need it. In future we will consider a 4080 build, I’ll have to run some numbers and negotiate with suppliers to see what we can do.

Look out for a deal in future with a 4080!

Otherwise, shoot us a message and I’ll see what we can do.

      • Sorry- I think today has dragged on for so long at work that I can't function properly haha

Thanks for correcting me that I was meaning the RTX 4080.

Cheers mate, I'll look out for your deal next time haha. No rush as I'm currently looking at DCAing in crypto while prices have cooled a bit.

You're very responsive which is a big plus for doing business with you.

  • Have you got an intel version of this deal?

    • Sadly no as they don’t provide discounts to us at a scale like others. We get close to retail pricing. If I were to stock Intel it wouldn’t attract many due to the pricing. It’s extremely difficult to cater for everyone.

Shoot us message on our live chat, we can organise a custom build for you! :)

  • +1

Ordered this PC from these guys on Sunday, Just received today in perfect condition and runs like a charm. Ever since ordering these guys have been fantastic with their communication, always replying within around 10 minutes no matter what time of day. They helped me with upgrades and would whole-heartedly recommend purchasing from Nebula to anyone on the fence at the moment :)

    • +1

      Wow!

      Thank you, my friend :).

      Glad to hear!

  • @Nebula PC can you guys do anything with a 7900XT to go against that latest BPC Tech deal? I'd really prefer to use you guys instead of them but it's a big graphics gap between builds.

    • +1

      At this stage, no sorry.

We are having a lot of trouble getting any discounts on this model even with bulk orders. We don't stock any AMD GPUs for this reason as we can't pass on this discount to you guys!

I really suggest upgrading to a 4070 Ti instead as substitute, we'll try our best to drive the price down.

  • Hi there
Please assist to get the best configuration of normal pc(not a gaming one) to get performance in editing and office work.

    • +1

For sure, shoot us a message on our live chat and we'll sort you out! :)

      • Hi NPC,

I know you've told me to send you a PM a couple of days ago under another comment (re an editing PC), and I have been out of the loop when it comes to new PCs, so is it possible, given the number of people asking for an editing and office PC, that there will be a deal for such a machine in the near future? Since, I guess, you have a number of inquiries for a non-gaming PC, it would be appreciated if you can put together an editing rig from that data as a deal.

I was gonna send you a PM, but I have no idea where to begin, as I haven't bought a new computer for the last 15 years or more. Anything I bought was used, and have been thinking to buy a new PC lately. It's easier to compare the price and components of a PC from a deal to other stuff out there, than to build a new one via a chat for someone who isn't up-to-date like me. Just if it's viable for you, that's all. Tia

        • +1

          Hey Mate,

Yeah, we will put this one down in the books. I've found on this community there's a bigger audience for gaming PCs. In this industry, it's tough to cater for everyone, but we will try!

Leave this one with me, keep an eye for it in the coming weeks.

          • @Nebula PC: I understand, business-wise, of course. Thanks for considering, and thanks for the quick replies. 🙂

  • May I know the full model name for the PSU 850W InWin? I'm try to do some research on the PSU but I'm not sure which model you guys use. It's either Inwin P85 850W or InWin PB-850W

    • Hey Ruriko,

It's InWin P85. PB-850W is some different RGB one.

If you have any doubts, you can always opt for Gigabyte or Corsair! :)

  • Hello, I'm looking to buy a 1440p gaming PC this month.

Is there an issue with the Ventus? There's a video on YT saying that there is a design flaw. Something about heatsink not cooling VRM phases in top side of PCB.

Does Diablo 4 come free with the 40xx GPU?

I prefer to have minimal/no RGB lighting, can anything RGB be swapped without RGB without affecting price?
I can only think of RAM and Fans.

I am unsure what MOBO is best for my needs. I don't plant to do any upgrades, but what a good MOBO to support the system.

Once this deal runs out, will there be another one/update?

I am in Melbourne, what is the total time (days) from paying to me receiving it?

    Thank you.

    • +1

      Hey Odd12b,

We haven't had any issues with the VENTUS. If you dig deep into any product, you'll find design flaws for anything.

Yes, Diablo 4 is included in the purchase and Star Wars Jedi. We will send a mass email once we have fulfilled all orders to make it easier.

We can simply not plug in the RGB header for the case fans and they will still operate as usual without RGB lighting. RAM can be turned off with any RGB software, we can't turn that off with hardware.

The B650 Wi-Fi will be plenty for your needs if you don't plan to upgrade.

This one will end tomorrow at midnight, I will plan to post another one next week hopefully!

If you order today, we'll be able to despatch in around 2-3 business days. We've been inundated with so many orders.

      • +1

        4070Ti build next week, please!

        • +2

          Haha, maybe.

          Keep your eyes out! :)

          • @Nebula PC: I’ll hold till next week to see what’s on offer

  • Is InWin 850W truly out of stock? kind of odd since it allows you select it but can't add to cart

    • We'll order more, it's just another inventory system bug.

Let me fix that up and you'll be able to select it.

      Edit: It's fixed now!

      • Will you be getting more InWin 750W in stock?

        • We’ve got this on back order, ETA got delayed from the 10th of May to now later mid this month. We will mark it in stock when we actually receive the stock to prevent any delays with orders. Suppliers ETA’s are always wishy washy.

  • hi the code is not valide anymore ?OZB_PHANTOM_SPECIAL

    • Hi Yman,

Yes, this deal is expired now.

We have a new deal up and running very similar to this one with an Intel 13th gen and ASUS RTX 4070 backbone. Check this out - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/778821
