Might be worth noting this article on worst seats at the Princess - which is these in Grand Circle, apparently:

    Worst:

That great height brings us to the worst seats. While it’s largely true of all the big venues, it’s especially true of the Princess: those back rows of the grand circle (the top level) are ludicrously high, and watching a show from them feels like peering at an ant colony from a helicopter.

This is why these tickets are $75, as opposed to the $230+ tickets in the lower sections

All they have to do is make it $20 at the back row of the circle to sell them out .
BTW front of the circle for $75 is a bargain hehe .

I watched this same show from grand circle back row seats years ago. To get the best experience for this show I would definitely recommended sitting anywhere but grand circle.

To be fair the back rows of the Grand Circle are only $85 outside of this offer.

The front rows are $165, that’s where this deal shines. Personally I haven’t seen the show before and are attending this weekend in the first row of the grand circle under this offer.

Front row grand circle is a good seat. Especially just before interval. Was in A31 when I went

Effects are great, story not so much.

Dunno who downvoted you as you're spot on, visually one of the best plays I've seen and the acting is outstanding, but the story is just rehashing the existing plot and was pretty all over the place.

Still worth going, I just kinda disengaged my brain and enjoyed it for what it was. Kinda wish I saw the one part version though instead of the original two parter, there was a lot of fat to trim.

Yep, we love HP but this was fan fiction bs. Here for the dances and magic though.

We watched from the middle part of 3rd row of Grand Circle and it was fine, but yeah would not want to be towards the back of it.

  • It used to be $75 for all tickets, when that promo coming back??

  • anyone know what the $9.35 fees are for?

      Because they can

Worth noting that Halftix Melbourne regularly has Cursed Child tickets at a Discounted rate. They are a touch pricier at $88.90 for Level 2 pricing and $63.90 for Level 4 pricing (which may include Grand Circle, but generally you'll get a much better view of the stage with these tickets than the Standard Ticketek rate. Weekend performances may also be a touch higher again.

You can find the website here and they offer purchases Online or in-Store at their Box Office at 208 Little Collins St.

    • The true bargain is often in the comments.

    • What does level 2 pricing meaning? Can't seem to work out where that is in relation to the colour seating format on the tickettek website

I'm honestly not sure either. When I booked Lvl 2 tickets, I was seated in the middle of the Stalls towards the middle aisle. Tickets are assigned by the Box Office/Producer so it's a luck of the draw, but generally you shouldn't get restricted view tickets on Lvl 2. May be a possibility on Lvl 4 though.
