      Never seen the ones that expand, but can confirm Lijjat one's do not expand. They bubble and if left on the gas too long, burn.

      Even though they all look same, Southern pappadums are a bit different as they tend to fluff. Appalams and other pappad varieties don’t.

    alright for the local folks - did you know you can olive spray these bad boys and chuck them in the microwave for 30 seconds for an amazing fried papadum taste ?

      and if you are trying to lose weight, no olive oil is required. Just place on a piece of paper towel on a plate and nuke away.
