      This configuration can only support up to 32gb with the RAM we have available. The boards is a 2 slot model.

    In the graphics description it states:

    Can you confirm if 4070 or 4070 Ti?

      Regarding i5-12400F 4070 system

      MOBO: H610/B660 most likely Asrock or other 'low-tier' board, which is ok & basic only, including VRM thermal strength: definitely NO-OverClocking CPU & run default factory settings only.

      CASE: 'Maverick Case' description seems wrong. Goto TF's link, & then Antec website: note only 'Included Fan(s) 1 x 120mm fan in rear', you must have at least 3 x 120mm INtake fans-> https://www.antec.com/product/case/nx200m

      May be TF could improve on the above ?

      Remaining parts (unknown brand & model) are 'low-tier' & will do the job.

      Can you please elaborate a bit on the pcpartpicker in this case. As it finds the cheapest prices, but there will be shipping added to most items which will drive the price up. Or would most resellers just price match the pcpartpicker's list ?

        The above is just TF's processing/dispatch time & note 'business days'.
        Allow more-days for Australia-Post delivery, eg 'TAS - AusPost Parcel Post: 5-7 business days'.

        FYI, fraudsters have used fake credit-card details & hence TF built in extra-checks to minimise this risk. This add 7 days to their processing time. It's only a matter of time that other-sellers experience this lost resulting in similar delivery time, eg BPC.

        If you,
        1.get your system performance LEVEL right: not MIS-lead,
        2.spec. your system appropriately, &
        3.have a good foresight.
        Your system will be relatively-current as you head toward your 3rd year of ownership….may be a drop from ULTRA to high-setting to reduce system demand ?

        An extra week or 2 of delivery is insignificant over the life of your system..imo. Get the above right, everything else are just noises.
