Payment must be made by credit card. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription please call our Customer Service Department directly. Our Customer Service Department is available between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday on 1800 680 640. You must give 48 hours notice to suspend your delivery for short periods. Please allow for 5 business days to set up your subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, HWT excludes all implied warranties, conditions and representations in relation to the provision of goods and services under this agreement. If any condition or warranty is implied into this agreement under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or any equivalent State or Territory legislation and cannot be excluded, then the liability of HWT for a breach of the condition, representation or warranty will be limited as determined by HWT in its absolute discretion, to:
1.in the case of goods any one or more of the following:
a.the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
b.the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and
2.in the case of services:
a.the supplying of the services again; or
b.the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
