An eligible fare is defined as being a Qantas-operated and marketed return flight, flying from anywhere in Australia to Brisbane, Cairns, Hamilton Island, Townsville, Toowoomba, Gold Coast (Coolangatta), Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore), Bundaberg, Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay), Gladstone, Longreach, Mackay, Proserpine or Rockhampton.

For example
Sydney to Gold Coast starts at $128 return after the discount
Melbourne to Gold Coast starts at $148 return after the discount

    It works even when you are flying out of Queensland. In fact, you can even book one way ticket and it takes $50 off

      Just tested, does NOT work with Jetstar. Attempted a half JQ and a half QF and it didn't work.

      I think they will announce more shows soon though. The last Coldplay tour occurred in December (2016?) and currently the latest dates are in November.

    What stage of the booking process has a place to put in the promotional code? I'm having trouble finding a promotional code area to put the code into.

    Nevermind, I found it on the very first page before you even select the flights. I was used to putting codes in at the end.
