Yeah you can just open the velocity app and ask them to scan your QR code there as well.

silly question for velocity points, can they be used to redeem fuel or groceries….or is it just for travel. I totally forgot we had velocity card but haven't used in years. we have been stacking flybuys points for while and have abt $900 worth now…..but yet to use them.
