FYI. Clicked on 10 items randomly. Everything appears to be "Grade C" condition. As per their website:

    Grade A: Looks like new.

Grade B: The product which are classified as B have minimal marks or scratches. They are close to new.

Grade C: The product which are classified as C have minor marks, scratches, very minor dent or sign of usage. It may have minimal wear on palm rest, keyboard, touchpad and minor white screen blemishes.

Grade D: The product which are classified as D have moderate marks, scratches, minor dent or sign of usage. They may have very minor dent or physical imperfection. Palm rest, keyboard and touchpad may show moderate sign of usage as well. Screen may show signs of white blemishes.

Grade E: The product which are classified as E have marks, scratches, dent or chips. Visible wear on palm rest, keyboard and touchpad. Screen may show sign of blemishes.

I Grade C what you did there.

Hi, I can confirm that even the grade C ones are in very good condition. Just wanted not to disappoint with condition so downgraded all of them to C.

  • +3

Hard to commit with just generic photos TBH. Even one of the actual unit would have been good. The "grade" does not really suffice :-)
If they are not generic.. ill shut up

  • Best touch screen unit of this bunch up to $350?

      • Beware, soldered RAM on those. And for "C" condition, that is poor value compared to recent posts on ozbargain.

"good" battery is not great. And no mention of warranty?
        I see no bargains here.

        • One mans C grade is another mans A grade

          I hate that today alone
i counted number of eBay sellers listing a device as Grade B with a dead pixel
or a shattered section of the screen.
i even saw one as Grade B where the corner of the chassis was squashed in like from a drop from heights

Worst even a listing Grade A for parts only

        • Sorry mate. I think if they are "very good condition" then they should be A or B grade. With white screen blemishes, dents and marks (not sure what's classified as "minor") - This appears to be an attempt to offload stock which probably you also haven't inspected completely. And providing a C grade to the conditions is a clear indication of no returns if not satisfied with the condition. Simply stating no one else provides pictures so we dont as well is just not good. No one else claims their item is "C" grade either. If you are worried people will not be happy with the condition therefore you downgraded all of them to "C" is a worrying statement. I'm not saying your intentions are wrong - but there are a lot of unknowns. Maybe if you share actual pictures of a C grade product and they appear to be satisfactory - then some confidence can be built. Or maybe a few ozb members take a risk - buy an item - and provide positive feedback - then some confidence is built? In any case - Good luck🤞

@FunkyPants: Thats for your feedback but I completely disagree with your staement 'No one else claims their item is "C" grade either'. The fact is no online store with that many stock got actual pictures of the product. A lot of them lists their C grade item as B which is entirely upto them.

For us to list these laptops in A or B grade, they need to be at least close to new condition. Anything less than that goes under C.

            • @Skymstr: i like what you did with the c grading and agree with you

    • Bigger 14inch touchscreen, more usb ports and thunderbolt USB-C port, ethernet port and simcard slot for 4G/5G data simcard slot only $319

EDIT: But like mentioned above grade C is worrying

OP can we return if not happy with product?

And OP any warranties? well very vague website with details

      • Hi, I can confirm that even the grade C ones are in very good condition. Just wanted not to disappoint with condition so downgraded all of them to C.

      • All of them will come with 3 month warranty.

        • Thanks OP just return conditions? can we return if grades are not what we assumed? well returns if also change of mind, well your using generic photos and great grade is mentioned but for examples Grays online actually mentions specifics like were scratches/dints etc are on their laptops,.. why important can return as grades sometimes comes down to ones opinion both for buyer and seller

          • @Italkdigital: With the number we have on stock, it's not possible to provide actual pictures of the item. Have not seen anyone providing actual pictures with large stock size.

No return or change of mind accepted.

  • Hi OP, any laptops with nvidia gpu?
