  • +1

    Got one. Thanks

  • Can I use this in the gym or will I ruin them by getting sweaty and smelly

    • +1

Doesn't work great for bench presses etc. due to low clamping force.

      • +2

Glad I missed out. Need to stop wasting money on these gadgets

        • +1

Don't worry you waste it on other gadgets.

  • +1

    Got 1 thanks

  • +1

    Got one.. thank you !

  • -5

Will wait for $237 or 10% off catch

    • +2

Could be another few months if ever, $10 really mean that much to you? That's if you see the deal, and see it in time to reserve the already limited stock.

    • +1

Next Prime day may be but why wait for 10 bucks??

      • -1

10 bucks can get me a return trip to City.

        • +3

Well don't buy the headphones and then you can get 24 return trips!

  • Man why isn't the Sony falling?

  • +6

Bought one even my xm3 is still going strong, and xm4 is brand new in box
    what am i doing….

    • Hmmm. Sony fans?

      • +1

not exactly, but when XM3 released found that its better than QC35
then got the XM4 for $299 (ebay deals)
Bose 700 has been over priced over $600 until those recent insane price drops

        • I got my XM4s for 299 from the same ebay deal like 18 months ago. I love them

        • +1

Sony is actually industry leading brand on noise cancellation headphones. I’d prefer xm5 than any Bose but just dunno when the price will drop. And my blunt ears cannot really tell that tiny difference. But I know Sony is slightly better

          • @duodeta: Hate that the new xm5 can't be folded up anymore.

          • +1

@duodeta: Would prefer Sony over Bose anytime of the day.

          • @duodeta: I like my XM4s for listening but on calls they are all but useless. Background noise is so bad for my callers they ask me to mute myself.

    • Welcome to the club

Gold level is when you also have the pixel buds proninbeqch color…

  • Catch link please

    • catch oos

  • +1

    got one!

  • +1

    bought one thanks

  • How much better are these compared to the QC35?

Also I got a Jabra Evolve2 75 for work and music recently. Could the Bose 700 be used effectively for Microsoft Teams as well? Anyone know how the mic quality is?

    • +1

      mic quality is class leading

      • As good as a boom mic headset?

  • +1

    Thanks op, got one

  • Great find OP grabbed one

  • OOS already

  • +1

    Thanks, bought one!

  • OOS guys

  • +2

So glad I missed out! Already have some and was contemplating a pair.

  • showing $445.00

  • now $331 for black

  • Game over

  • -5

Not spending so much anymore. Had QC35 and suddenly they didn’t connect anymore. Resetting didn’t work either. Bought the Aiwa noise cancelling headphones for $11.

  • +1

Missed it :( Great price for those who managed to get one.

  • +1

    got one thanks

  • OOS

  • Ughhhhhh missed it by 2 mins

  • +1

Happy they ran out when I was researching, because I probably would've ordered a set.

My QC35 (original) from 2016 are still going strong and I will probably get the QC45 whenever they do need replacing.

    • Was considering q45, but would have gotten on this one if still available. How's the sounds quality on qc35 ?

      • There is a noticable difference between plugged in and bluetooth, which I hope would be an improvement on newer codecs. But the comfort is the thing that I've just not managed to find anything comparable. Not a huge fan of the Sonys. The comfort is also the reason why I was hesitant on the 700. I use the QC35 for many hours every day without any fatigue.

      • QC 35 were good until they didn’t work anymore to connect properly. Really strange that the resetting doesn’t work either.

        • Had a similar issue once I paired it with the Bose app and firmware updates got uploaded. Did read that you can install older firmware into the headphones to get it working again. Haven't tried it yet tho..

          • @cactusjuice: In my case my old phone broke, I got a new one. QC we’re connected to the old phone. Resetting and clearing directly from phone didn’t work. New firmware installation worked. QC are showing connected to the new phone but they aren’t.

    • Same here. Also got qc35 but need the pad replacement. Just saved $257.37 while doing some research.

    • I am also using the old qc35 gen1. Sick of it. Can’t tolerate the qc45 for its nearly identical design to qc35 either.

  • +2

Sorry guys, show's over! Back to its normal price.. congrats everyone who got it, enjoy!

    • Oh my goodness, i just bought the whole ecosystem.

Is there anything else… Headphone, plane adapter, box for the headphones

      • +4

the 700 already comes with the carrying case

        • Really!? 😩

          • @aerona: yeah check the bottom line of the amazon product description
            there's still time to cancel!

            • @fertilise: Thanks i cancelled, i thought with how the tech trend was going, that this too may be seperate

  • I've bought one but don't know why, already bought link buds 2 days back..

  • Cancelled my order as don’t want FOMO factor to kick in 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    • +1

Cancelled as my QC 35ll from 2017 are still going strong. Couldn’t justify

    • HODL

  • much needed so while searching for a pair from previous listing, missed this one! nuts!!!

  • Darn missed by 35 min

  • What the hell! I checked the price at 11pm ish and only saw the black set was at $340 ish…. Oh no!!!!!

  • Damn, was totally hoping to find a bargain for these at some time, but missed out.

  • Amazing. This deal was posted at midnight and was sold out 20 minutes later. Does everyone here (except me)spend all day and all night awake, checking Ozbargan every 5 minutes for new deals?

    • +7

      Yes

    • +2

      you must be new here.

I've also missed on this deal rip

    • 20 minutes is very long time, usually deal like this gets sold out in few minutes

  • +1

    I need to stop sleeping!

  • bummer, just saw this deal

    YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE!!!

  • damnit!
considering buying the black for $331 anyways

  • +2

Thanks OP. Got one intime. Amazon already delivered to my place.

  • Amazing, received 12pm today! Thanks, op

  • Glad I bought this headphone. Microphone quality is amazing. Used it at work today with Zoom & Teams calls and it was fantastic

  • Seconded - mine arrived and its amazing. I recently bought an expensive Jabra headset with boom arm for more and its unreliable and flaky, going to return it.

This works great for music and Teams audio, microphone quality is great and touch controls work well. Comfort is also top notch - similar to my QC35's which were already amazing comfort wise.

I also think the silver looks really nice

Tempted to buy a second as backup at this price lol but probably overkill

    • Any experiences yet on its ability to suppress background noise for your callers? My Sony are terrible and colleagues hate me when I use them.

      • +1

Yes - noise suppression is pretty good. I was using it on a train today and the background noise was minimal.

This is one reason why i upgraded from the QC35's - the microphones on this are much better.

  • Struggling to decide on whether to buy Bose or Sony, do they have any issues? Do they both survive for a few years before replacing?

    • +1

Sony is a bit bassier and some prefer that soundstage. Bose are more neutral. Not sure about how comfortable the sonys are. Mic better on Bose and id say they would have slightly better active noise cancellation. Probably can't go too wrong with either

    • I have the Sony's and compared them to a friends Bose. As most have mentioned the soundstage of the Sony's are livelier compared to the more neutral Bose soundstage. The issue with testing them back to back is that the livelier Sony soundstage made the neutral Bose soundstage dull in comparison. But you can't go wrong with either.

      • I've had some in ear headphones before and they have had issues within the first 6 months. Do the Sony or Bose headphones have any known issues or they're quite dependable. Also planning on using for gym…I assume there isn't too much of an issue depending on sweat

Thank you for the replies by the way.

        • Id say both dependable. Go into JB if you can and try them both on
