      I would assume that means I have made the first 50 customers since the deal page is still Active under Click Frenzy

    You have to deposit within 7 days of account opening but I don't remember reading anywhere how soon they give those extra shares.

  Got a message in the reward centre saying the $100 cash was delivered but when I try to withdraw cash it said I only have ~$90 available. I deposited $50 so something is missing?

    As stated in the campaign T&Cs, in order to withdraw the cash rewards you need to :
    Step 1 :Activate the cash reward in the Reward Center
    Step 2: Complete 10 trades and ensure each order is greater or equal to USD 3 (or equivalent value)
