    Hmmm - I mean, it is good, but I've been trying to have features added for the last 3 years.
    With heaps of others asking for the same thing.

    Just having the simple ability to send a Customer Statement via the APP when I'm actually in front of a customer, would be awesome.
    And have the payment link via an emailed/printed invoice show as a QR code so customers can scan and pay immediately, (great for COD or new customers) would be invaluable.

    We could do both of these via MYOB, and Im pretty sure QuickBooks offers the same.

    Xero is amazing and there were many reasons why we migrated our businesses to Xero.

    But getting their product/support teams to listen, has proven to be challenging.

          @GC67: Best workaround would be to bookmark customers via the browser and add it as a short cut to your phone desktop
