    I chose to get the Linkbuds S over these a few months back, and have no regrets. I think the main factors in my decision were that these had slightly better sound and noise cancelling, but the Linkbuds S were smaller (I can use them lying sideways on a pillow) and I preferred their case shape.

      Did the same. 7 days in the right ear had a wind noise with the anc on. Hopefully second pair survives longer.

    Have these - great ANC when listening to music - but as soon as you take a call the ANC cuts out and actively pipes in background noise. So so bloody annoying, drives me nuts. Huge regrets and definitely wouldn't buy again.

    Anyone else with the sony headphones or earbuds that can comment on their experience?

      So you want to make a phone call with ANC on, you can't really hear yourself clearly.

        Not quite - you can't hear the person you're talking to clearly as you have all this background noise.

        In contrast, my Bose QC35ii maintains the ANC so the call is clear and easy to hear.

          Can the one you're talking to hear you probably? Most earbuds I had I can hear them probably but they cannot hear me at all.

          I don't know if I should grab this bargain or wait for XM5.

      Less than two years should be under the reasonable expected lifespan as per ACL, but you'd need to have contacted them timely.

      Depending on how often you flatten them, that's possible. I can easily flatten mine twice a day. I have the v3 and the battery is super easy to replace, which is why I got them.

    Price match HN with OW and you'd get them for $188.1 if I am not mistaken. I had to return 3 pairs due to hissing and clicking noises that could not be fixed, so got the Buds 2 Pro instead.

        Thanks. Had a look at it but seems to also have restrictions that if the sender uses another courier that’s not part of the australia post network then depends on whether that courier is willing to pay australia post to deliver to its parcel connect or locker. Don’t think there’s much difference to parcel locker then.
