  • How is this compared to Surface Laptop?

    • I'll compare it to the 13" surface laptop 3 as that's the same generation and same rough price.

      SL3:
-Bigger screen and much better resolution
      - same i5 CPU but integrated graphics are better (G7 vs G1)
      - slightly heavier

If you don't want the smaller size I'd recommend getting the full Surface Laptop 3 with 16GB. It's a bit old but still a great Ultrabook.

    • Yeah I'd spend a little more for a SL. The screens especially on these are just amazing, I can't go back to any other laptop now!

      • I was setting my eyes on MSI

It's even lighter than Surface GO and having a HDMI means you can connect to 2 external monitors using only 1x usb-c hub with HDMI port

Great price and only laptop go model to have 16gb.
Go 2 is limited to 8gb

  • Does anyone know what ports & slots this has? Cannot find this info on the website.

    • +2

Looks like a single USB C and USB A as well as the proprietary surface charging jack

  • do those have a sim slot ??
cant find much info on them says unlocked on the listing etc

    • No.

  • Any opinions on this machine in terms of battery life whilst handling teams calls, 7-10 browser tabs and Remote Citrix desktop?

  • Why that resolution..?

  • man, had no idea the Go series were using i5s.
    That's awesome.

  • Damn paid $791 a couple of weeks back and thought it was a good deal. Very nice little laptop.
